I used the Red Sox for quick reference and I still have C Christian Vasquez starting and there is no sign of Swihart in the minor leagues either.

How do I manually update rosters to the current May 16, rosters? I'm completely stumped after searching on google even. No YouTube videos either. It's been like 30 minutes and I haven't come up with anything...

    Help?
I think you only will see the updated roster applied to online modes like The Show Live.
For exhibition and franchise modes....you have to manually save the updates(or any roster you want to use) and load them for exhibition or choose to start with them(loading them) to start a franchise.

Base runners not taking an extra step has still not been fixed, even though it was mentioned in patch 2 notes. I created another bug report so please go up vote it.

They are taking different lead lengths to start....they changed it from taking the "normal" lead and then adding the step.....the baserunners pretty much all take "extra" leads now from the start....and they vary how far off the base.

But....leads and pickoffs are easily the weakest part of game play right now IMO.

I thought I read that the homerun cam was taken out for this year's game...
Did I misread? I still see the cam in the game. Kind of kills the immersion of a tv-style broadcast. I don't know about others but I hate the "bat flip cam." I wish there was still an option to turn it off.

Edit: I play using the broadcast camera.

I've submitted a few bug reports on The Show's site. After a few days, they disappear from My Reports. Does that mean they've been addressed?

Usually if someone else has already submitted the same thing they delete repeats, but then again I'm not ready sure you'd have to ask in there forums

                So just to make sure if I'm 2-1 2-0 3-0 3-1 I should use square if I'm 1-1 to use x and if I'm 0-2 1-2 3-2 I should use circle. Am I correct ?

I haven't seen runners take different leads. Looks all the same to me.

If you are going to use square i would only use it on 3-0 or 3-1. You could very easily get a braking ball on 2-1 or 2-0. A strike isnt absolutely needed there. For circle the counts you listed are good. Honestly though i would just stick with X all the time. Unless you have a power hitter in a 3-0/3-1 count then use square.

Will they fix the tag missing animation where the runner ends up being safe?

Is it ever good strategy to throw anything other than a fastball in the upper part of the zone?

You could get away with high sliders.....
But I wouldn't toss CU or CH up there.

Thanks! How about a sinker? They're meant to be low in the zone mainly but can you get away with a high one here and there?

I wouldn't unless your guy can toss it 93 or better.
