If you are going for a realistic trade, Urias or Giolito won't be traded. If you are just looking for a fair deal, the Cubs have a good enough farm to get something done.

It's interesting that Almora is doing so well in your franchise too. He is absolutely destroying AA in my franchise as well.

Im trying to be a realistic as possible with most of it, but I just have to one of these guys on my teams. So Im at least going to make it fair.

You said you'd be willing to give up Owings also though which seems like it would make it a no-brainer for them. You could do Owings & Hernandez for Atchison/Swisher/Kyle Crockett I think to give you something long-term.
Atchison is rated 74 and Hernandez 76 on the roster that I used. The Swisher/Atchison deal was suggested by the CPU, but I was never really interested in Atchison because I don't need another right handed reliever. Plus, I didn't think that trading a 72 and 74 for a 76 RP was that fair, which is why originally said that I should give them more.

In the deal that you brought up, do you think if I swapped for Rzepczynski for Atchison and Ahmed for Owens that it would still be fair?

If you are just going for fair, I think Baez + Almora is enough for either guy. I'll admit I don't value pitchers as much as position players, so you might want to get someone else's opinion on it though.

It's fair value but it leaves them with just Hagadone as a LH in the pen. I also don't like Ahmed in game nearly as much as Owings so I'd have a hard time saying yes if I were the Indians. 3 of the Mets top relievers are lefties... Eric Campbell & Josh Edgin for Hernandez/Ahmed seems very doable to me. They don't really need Ahmed with Flores/Tejada but they can figure that out later.

Playing with the Pirates, the DBacks are out of the race with a couple of games before the trade deadline and Pittsburgh is tied for first. Looking for a big offense boost, a franchise altering move.
Offering Glasnow, Bell and Meadows for Goldschmidt. Of course the CPU isn´t buying it, but I think in real life the DBacks would do it. They can move Tomas to 1b and get the needed ace they've been looking for in Glasnow.
              Thoughts?

Yeah, that's a pretty overwhelming package for anyone short of Trout.

I ended up offering Hernandez and Owings for Swisher, Rzepczynski and Crockett and they accepted. Thanks for the help.

How far into the season are you and what teams are in the upper half of the standings so that they could use a "veteran" like Rasmus?

Only a week in so far....so everyone is pretty much equal as of now

Question for y'all. What would you consider a better deal involving a trade with the cubs. Go get beaz or Castro. I know probably in real life you'd go with the younger player, however Castro isn't that old either. Just seems like the cubs have an issue in the middle of the infield with beaz, Castro, and Russell. Someone has got to be the odd man out. Also what would be a good offer to get Andre Either from the dodgers. And with the Hamilton trade now probably going through how is if anyone has or is going to do that realistically.

Wait awhile and come back is my suggestion, Colby just signed his contract so technically can't be dealt yet if you are playing realism. I say come back mid June or early July, see who is in contention and let us know to help bang out a deal.

Baez + package for "ace". Castro to San Diego for Quackenbush + one of their SP, or in general RP + SP is how I value him, obviously those two have to be pretty good

Andre is a salary dump guy as of right now unless he is producing very well...so a deal would have to be based i'll take him if you take my bad contract.

I just did Hamilton for worst rated, worst overall player.
