Last year almost all the tough grounders were the same animation for the most part....but they are much improved this go around.

Pitching feels so much better this year to me.
I usually play manage mode....but also use player lock on a pitcher to play some .I'm feeling it much more this year.

          This.

This year's game is truly phenomenal. A lot of small improvements, but there's so many of them, and they were in areas where the improvement was needed. I'm seeing way more hit variety than ever before, and the physics of the hits themselves are on point. The new pitch physics ("realistic pitch breaks" or whatever they called it) are superb... I could really go on forever.... I can actually see in every stadium, there's a way better menu system.

I can't remember a year where I had this much fun out of the gate.

You need to go get it, yesterday.

RIP Sounds of the Show and custom soundtracks though. You will definitely be missed.

Enjoying 15. Feels smoother than 14 and the lighting engine is great.

Gameplay? There is something different in the pitch/batting timing which I am adapting to.

More animations in game. More fielding errors (may turn that slider down a notch yet!).

Seen a few dugout celebrations after HRs/GSs that were fun (silent treatment, etc.)

New Franchise/DD/RTTS Cards/Sponsors/Equipment system is interesting. Didn't like the limited contracts in DD in 14. Extra cash for your franchise from sponsors is nice. RTTS guy getting 'boosts' from equipment makes collecting more interesting too.

Very happy with 15 so far.

Definitely worth it. And as some mentioned, the lighting/graphics alone is worth it for me as well.

Twitchtv or Youtube videos doesn't do this game justice. You have to play it on your television screen to see how great it looks.

Although I still played it to death, 14 was a very big underwhelming experience to me. Was to a large degree very dissapointed with it, especially being the first 'next-gen' Show.

15 is absolutely brilliant. Gameplay is much improved and don't get me started on the lighting.

One of my favorite things to do is just watch an AI vs AI game. Feels so authentic that it truly feels as if you are watching a real baseball game.

Honestly, this is the first time I could generally say that if SCEA did not patch the game, I'd still be perfectly happy. The nastiest bugs don't seem to have effected me at all using QC's.

The game is so balanced right now that I may actually wait on downloading the patch once it goes live in order to see if it breaks or changes anything that was currently working to my liking.

They did a great great job with 15.

                          Nearly bulletproof.

                          Not completely, but very good.

One more reason on list of dozens and dozens why 15 is remarkably better than 14.

Still disappointing for me, though the game has taken huge strides. You can still see it in certain cut-scenes and in scenarios when throwing from 3B/short to 1B or from the outfield to the infield. In essence, you see frame-rate drops whenever the camera pans.

Just got the game and I'm with you. I see an improvement but I still don't understand why other games don't have this problem. Anyone know why!

I downloaded the game, and you guys hit everything on the mark. This is every bit worth the money for the upgrade. They did a great job on this game in so many areas.

Again thank you, and enjoy your time with MLB. Thanks to you guys I know I will
