Hey guys hope you're all having a blessed weekend. My question is about franchise. Can you still schedule giveaways etc for home games? I don't see that option. I love franchise and want to do everything I can. Thanks!

You cannot schedule promotional giveaways in franchise mode this year.

Hello, I'm new to mlb the show. I bought the franchise game for 1st time 2 mnths ago. I seen info on the full minors rosters and other updates u guys have. How do I dwn load them and get them on my ps4? I dnt no where to navigate on this site to find it. Please help me as I would really enjoy playing the show with live rosters from the minors and would love to apply Watever updates I can from you guys.thnx

To new to start a new thread I guess, so I will ask this here. I am playing RTTS. Created a starting pitcher to use. As his attributes got higher, his pitching accuracy went way down. Got frustrated and thought it may be a save glitch or something. Created a new starting pitcher. Played through minors and improved him again. Half way through his first MLB season, as his attributes got higher, once again his pitch accuracy took a nose dive. I would like to know if anyone else has heard of or had the same issue? His confidence will be high, and I will miss my mark by just a fraction of an inch. Even though it's just barely missing the last mark, the pitch goes way off mark.

I didn't purchase the game this year, first time since 07 I think. Have they improved the cpu manager logic as far as bullpen usage and late game substitutions? If not I'll add it to the wishlist for the 10th time since 07.
Would also like to see throwing programs for pitchers which includes stretching guys out to convert from a relief role to a starter.

Hi I've been playing mlb 14 , just picked up 16 yesterday . Is there timed hitting in this game? I see zone and directional but not timed. Thanks

Directional (added in 15) is an upshot from Timing.

In Road To The Show it will not let me select my custom equipment that i got from packs example being that it will only let me use the generic equipment

Go to Equipment in the RTTS front end after creating your player.

Go into the vaults, select roster vault and sort by most downloaded...OSFM rosters should be the most downloaded

CPU manager logic is pretty good, IMO...
There's the stamina builder in training that you could use to convert RP to SP (very slow), or you could gradually increase your player's stamina, since there's not a dedicated hybrid RP/SP position.

What teams are the best to start a franchise with??

Using any of the OSFM rosters, the type of team you choose depends on what you want to do
IMO, if you want to

Win now, choose the Cubs, Cards, Dodgers, Rangers, Astros, etc
If you want a short rebuild, choose the Angels, Marlins, Royals, etc.
Long rebuild, choose the reds, braves, twins, etc.

By accuracy, do you mean the actual numerical attribute declined from like 90-85, for example, or are you having issues throwing strikes in the game?

If it's the former, you have to periodically re-invest points to prevent regression. If it's the latter, it could be based on difficulty or the umpire zones...it's harder to throw corner strikes on higher difficulties and not every umpire calls strikes on the black

In franchise how do you get around a player retiring due to a poor free agent market? Same thing for for career ending injury? One shouldn't retire from a dislocated ankle...at 23.

I believe poor free agnt market reflects the need (or lack of) x position that teams have...not sure why 23 year olds are retiring though

I've only seen players retire from serious injuries like ACL, head trauma, etc.. so maybe that was just a glitch? Or maybe it's like a lingering injury/re-injury?
