Hey hoping for some help. If you do a franchise with all teams can you select certain things for the cpu to do for select teams? I.e. Set rotation make trades etc.. I want to do certain actions but not all for every team. I thought we used to be able to set it by team but I can't figure it out. Thanks.

Yes.
You can have the CPU do everything...or mix and match such as roster management......lineups/rotations.......signings......drafting....etc.
All/none or some.

Thanks. But how? When I adjust settings it does it for every team.

Make a second profile in the USER SETTINGS section.....change what settings you want for the CPU teems...and then to team association and assign that profile to the teams you want with that profile.

New question. When I select to use legends in my franchise it won't load them when I use a saved roster. Is there a way to use both? Thanks again

The legends may have been removed from the roster you want to use (Ridin & Co. took them out in OSFM for example).

Does anyone know, or have they noticed,that in franchise mode you "scout" all these players and then come the draft its a bunch of random guys who were never there before. Or am I doing something wrong?

If I use a player when he's tired do his attributes take a hit? Or is the only downside the player being more likely to get hurt? I turn off injuries, so this aspect is moot for me.

I don't think it effects his attributes. I believe the only thing that playing a tired player does is increase his chances of getting injured.

When getting the bullpen pitchers ready to go, what is the difference between warming up vs. stretch and tossing?

Stretch & Toss keeps his readiness at half - I update up to Warm Up with 2 outs in my batting. Between halfway and full, Ready & Waiting will be available and that will slow his readiness (great if your team is rallying).

how well does this game handle pitching rotations - line-ups - injury subs - etc. if I set 29-teams to "auto" and my team to "manual". I am afraid that things will get really screwed up if I do this.

I have no issues with how the cpu handles its lineups/rotations/injury subs. Imo, the cpu does a good job in managing its roster.

So I'm in the offseason in franchise mode, and I'm trying to re-sign some of my minor leaguers. For the most part all of them accept the 80k deals except for some A/B potential guys. Their interest is all the way up, and service time says "Minor League" But after I offer and simulate a day a message pops up saying, "So and so is no longer interested in your offer". I'm starting to offer these guys 200,000 dollar deals and they're still not accepting! Anyone else having this issue?
