Interleague games do not rotate at all. So the teams you play in the 1st season will be the same teams you play every season.

I have figured out the Schedule generation:

1.) You retain the same interleague division partners.
2.) 4 game rivalry series go from your rival to a random team part of that same division (ex. - Mets Yankees switched to Mets Orioles.)

I assume it would be hard to correct proper scheduling, but it is disappointing this still has not been addressed.

Posted this in schedule thread but...
Although MLB 2K series was poor in many aspects, I'd love to see the show implement their interleague schedule. Here is my suggestion, I'm not a coder so I'm not sure hos easy it would be to implement but I would love to see it being done.

#1) have each team play one same NL rival regardless of divison each year, that doesn't change (RedSox vs. Braves, Marlins vs. Rays). This should be easy to implement, it's the same every year.

#2) Randomize the divisons each year so on a 3 year cycle you shift through each of the 3 interleague divisons.

*** To implement, it is more difficult since interleague is the whole year, unlike prior to 2012 which was just may to july. I think to counter this, you would have to use the 2016 schedule as a pattern for all consective seasons. For example, say the red sox play the rockies this year in season games 64, 65 , 66. For 2017, the game would switch NL divisons on that 3 yr cycle but for the same game numbers 64, 65 and 66 have it be a different NL league team. So, that 2017 team could be the Brewers of the NL Central for example

I have a question about season mode and rosters:is it normal that I just have a total of 25 players available after spring training even in the 40 man roster tab? Triple A is empty. So I cannot move players to my active roster since I just have the 25 players at all.

I'm quite new to baseball and the roster rules, but I thought it was possible to make changes to the active 25 during the season...

Question about DD online. I play with pulse pitching and with some of my opponents that i play after selecting my pitch my ball marker disappears for a moment before coming back and allowing me to pitch, on some pitches there's a sound and the strike zone flashes red and it's a guaranteed hit everytime. Is this my opponet using guess pitch or something else ? It's one of those little things that really annoy me.

HI guys. Soon I'm going to start just a 1 yr. franchise with the Mets. I don't have much playing time,so my plan is to play 1 game,simulate 10 games,play 1,sim 10.... For the whole yr. . Basically,I will be playing just 15 games or so. During simulated games,does the CPU automatically put in a lot of bench players/backups in my starting lineup ? I remember last yr. my bench players were in my starting lineup a little too often. Is it any better this yr. ? Is there a Sportscast Manager feature again this yr.,where you can set your lineup before a simulated game ? ....and then sim those games. Thanks in advance for any help out there !!

Thanks mate. Thought that was disabled for online play so thought it might have been something else. Kinda annoys me that I'm getting punished for someone fluking a guess.

It sounds like you haven't added anyone to the 40-man. The base OSFM rosters, which I assume you're using, only have 25 players assigned to the active roster; you'll need to add the rest manually. Just click on a player and the option to do so is right there, "Add to 40-man." Then he'll be assigned to the 40-man and can be called up to the majors.

Thanks. I did use the standard osfm. But do I need to assign the players before spring training ends? Because after spring training there is no one left to assign. Triple A is empty and I cannot find any other place with players

Edit: ok, now I tried osfm v2.5 40man roster from the vault and it seems to work like I want it to have

Yes the Sportscase Manager is in MLB '16. You can set your lineup prior to simming.

Quick question, is the HR distance displayed the distance from wher the ball actually lands, or where it would land without obstruction?

It's definitely the "Projected" distance - where it would have landed.
