The Yankees non-tendered German this past winter. So he has little to no value. I see you put he is an A prospect, but I don't think that's realistic at all for him. I like Bird as a headliner, but it would take more added on. Gary Sanchez would fit a need in Atlanta plus is a legit prospect.

So maybe something like Bird + Sanchez plus another lottery ticket prospect.

I have the 3rd highest era in the league, tied for last in the league with 11 blown saves, lead the league in hits allowed, runs allowed and home runs allowed by 26 (also not getting very much Ks 20th in league)... Yeah my pitching isn't doing so well.

I was looking around and after watching Adam Conley pitch his (could have been) no hitter I really liked him. He has a great fastball and good off speed pitches. I decided I want to make a trade with Miami for him. He is a lefty too which is good because only lefty I have is Happ. I also like Carter Capps which he could really help my bullpen. I know he will cost a lot but I think it will be worth it.

        Adam Conley Stats- 4-4 3.46era 1.33 WHIP 8.38 K/9
Carter capps has no stats because he is in class A. (Using OSFM)

Don't know really where to start with a package I wouldn't mind trading Hutchinson (73 overall) he was born in Florida and he wants to be close to home so that would help his overall. Jesse Chavez could go as well.

I know this isn't very realistic because Miami wouldnt trade their young guys away but that's ok.

        Thanks for the help.
I don't want to be that guy bumping my posts but it fell back some pages and I really want to continue my franchise...

        I was thinking of...

Hutchinson Chavez and one of Greene, Reid foley, Harris
        for Capps Conley

Not sure what your going for here ? If you're not looking for realism and want to go just off value I don't see why this swap would be unfair. But as you stated the Marlins won't be looking to trade any young guys they think will be something.

You must be using an old version of the OSFM, because Domingo Acevedo should have been the A-Prospect, not German.

I agree with GCL17. There's too much unknown there for Freddie Freeman. I think you'd need Bird (MLB Ready) + Acevedo (Toolsy, but unproven) + Sanchez (Top 100 prospect, MLB ready) + another low B, and another high C (Heathcott, Mason Williams, Gamels, etc.). Have to remember, Freeman is signed through 2021, so you're also inheriting stability at 1B for years to come...that doesn't come cheap.

              Hey GamecocksLaw17 ,

Would really like your input on this even tho we went thru it already but I like to be optimistic, If I was willing to give up a package to include any of these guys

Dominic Smith, Gavin Cecchini, Brandon Nimmo, Marcos Molina, Gabriel Ynoa or any other prospect.

Trying not to give up any of my pitchers (33,48,34,32,45) what else would the dodgers need for Puig ? Even if it takes making this into a three team deal with me grabbing someone else to complete it ?

It probably can't happen. Look at it like you are the Dodgers, would you give up Puig without getting something elite back? Quality is always better than quantity when it comes to returns. You wouldn't trade Conforto without getting a great package back, and Puig has a higher ceiling than Conforto. There might be a 3 way deal somewhere in there, but no team is going to give up a big time bat unless one of the young pitchers is coming back.

That's totally understandable, okay so what kinda three team deal would it take ?

This would be crazy but would it work ?

Dominic Smith,Ahmed Rosario,Nimmo,Cecchini,Wheeler,Granderson,Walker, on the table.....Maybe Matz as well

It's cool if these are a secondary position of a player

What could I expect to get in return for Adam Jones? I am an Oriole fan and I know trading Jones is not realistic as he is a top 5 center fielder in all of baseball, his deal is a bargain, and he is the leader of the team. But for the last two-three years I have struggled to hit with him. I don't know what happened, it's not like his ratings have changed that much but since my second season of my franchise in MLB 14 I have struggled to hit for average with him. And it has continued this year so far in both franchise and DD.

It's only April 20th in my franchise so I'm not looking to trade him tomorrow but I am just trying gauge what kind of return I could expect if I did pursue a trade of him.

I actually think that pacakge is too much for Peralta lol.

No, Pierzynski isn't going to bring back anything of value.

Aybar is playing so bad this year.. Arizona probably wouldn't even do O'Brien straight up.

You could target Logan Forsythe from Tampa, that could possibly work. Or a guy like Yunel Escobar from LAA as a cheaper option.

Jurickson Profar would be interesting (if he can prove he's healthy).. Wonder if there would be a fit there, Wheeler maybe?

Thanks for the response! While I agree Aybar in real life does not hold a lot of value right now, lets assume he is putting up his career norms and we're approaching the deadline with Arizona competing for a playoff spot. Does Arizona do O'Brien for Aybar then?
