Both of those I disagree with both of those. Bauer was moved to the pen...that's a massive overpay. Skaggs has been injured, a low B and a lotto would work.

Way too much for Kemp. Sox don't need an OF dealing anyone outside Johnson with Pablo is too much.

What do you guys think about sending Altuve to the Dodgers for Puig, Urias, and Kendrick? Maybe substitute Kendrick for another prospect if you think the Dodgers would like to keep him to play some 3rd.

I may be biased, but I see zero chance of Altuve being traded. He's a veteran leader in the clubhouse, a career .306 hitter, and our major spark in the lineup.

Urias would be nice to have. We have no use for Puig with our OF logjam. And Howie Kendrick is a MASSIVE downgrade at 2B.

I can't see the Dodgers unloading Puig and Urias for a player like Altuve.

I don't think it's even slightly realistic and don't really like the deal for either team.

Altuve isn't going anywhere.

What is Matt Moore's value?

Fully dependent on how he's pitching since this will be his first full year back from surgery. If somehow the velocity has come back to pre-TJS or if he's showing he has the command to be successful without throwing mid to high 90's like he used to, then I'd say he definitely has value. Young, cost controlled pitchers aren't cheap.

More than likely need stats guys, a few decent specs for Moore and likely a decent RP for Holt.

That doesn't change much. Hutchinson had a FIP and SIERA over 4 both last year and currently this year. I don't see why the Marlins would give up a young promising starter and closer for an over 30 starter, a 25 year old with not good peripherals and a prospect with a 50fv outside the top 100.

What would make it fair value. I know it's not realistic I don't care about realism. Would I have to add someone like DJ Davis or Rowdy Tellez to the deal?

Hmmm tough spot. I would say Bruce...but you don't need an OF. Brian McCann from the Yankees? I mean I am not sure, if they are way out I bet they'd love to get rid of his contract. It just depends what position you are wanting.

Either 3rd base or outfield. I would be willing to move Ozuna to make room if it's a outfielder. I like Cargo but don't know if I can afford him or what would be fair value

The reason I was thinking Altuve to Dodgers was that he's about to be really expensive. Looking at the Astros, they aren't as close to contenders as most people had thought, so it gives them a chance to reload with MLB ready talent to grow with Correa.

The Dodgers are the only team with the payroll and talent. I don't need to do it for either team, but it just seemed interesting.

Astros are starting off slow. I guarantee we still win the division. McCullers will be back and our starting staff will improve as the season goes on, especially when we trade/callup players. Shopping Altuve after 30 games into a slow-start season is ridiculous. Lol
