    BUG? Vines don't grow at Wrigley in Franchise

    Last year in franchise the vines were brown and grew to green. This year they are only green like in Play now mode. Did Ramone say this would be the case this year or is this a bug? The chalk also doesn't degrade. I will report as a bug.

      Gonna assume bug till we hear otherwise. That feature is one of the coolest "little things" in the entire game. I'd be shocked if they ditched it intentionally.

          I loved playing at Whitley in a franchise last year and watching the ivy grow.. Haven't tried a franchise yet in 16 tho .

                          Interesting. I have only played one franchise game so far at wrigley and the ivy was definitely green. Glad it is a bug and not a design decision. Are guys seeing chalk degradation? In my game, it did not work.

                              Yep, bugs killed the Wrigley vines. That's why the Ricketts need to replace the ivy with kudzu.

                                  This happened to me in game one of my Cubs franchise. The vines were lush and green..but...in game two, it turned to the typical early season brown vine look. Odd, but its working just fine now.
