Re: Franchise Notebook
I'm a gigantic nerd who is going to track quite a bit with this tool...

I can start playing in about 2 weeks.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: Franchise Notebook
lol don't get me started. I started back with a pen/paper back with the Triple Play series, and I have since evolved to spreadsheets with the Show series. As my excel skills have improved, my spreadsheets have gotten continuously more complex. I now use three different workbooks to track things during the season. The links below are to the Show 15 Braves franchise that I am wrapping up now by playing every single game of the playoffs. I played 162 with the Braves before playing the playoffs.
Scores & Standings: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1...2hiRlVvUWtqYWs
Player Stats: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1...C1MSW1ZaXBFRTg
HR Breakdown: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1...GtOSTN6TUFmMFk
The Google Drive sharing throws off some of the formatting when you view it, but it looks great when I use it normally in just Excel.Last edited by xNobleEaglex; 04-20-2016, 08:22 PM.Moderator

Re: Franchise Notebook
I keep track of all my hitters and pitchers stats vs every team. Pretty much all the stats and Player of the game, Pitch hitting stats. I keep track of it all on excel not as fancy as some of the others yet, but over the years I have made it look better

Re: Franchise Notebook
Just got off work. Didn't expect this thread to blow up like it it lol. I'm glad I'm not nearly the only one who uses a notebook to track information. Back in my younger days I used to play baseball mogul religiously and I'd actually print out league wide stats and hang them up on my wall lmao.

Re: Franchise Notebook
For you young guys before you go to Best Buy looking for a Big Chief tablet, keep in mind that this tablet does not have a keyboard, battery or a wall charger. This was one of the very early external hard drives ever used, right behind a chiseled stone.Comment
