Yep this just bugs the hell out of me so much and even the numbers on the front of jerseys are way to low

Why was the number placement put in the wrong places in the first place when MLB The Show was created years ago is what I really would like to know? Even much older games like MVP Baseball have the numbers in the correct spots! It's little things like this that MLB The Show needs to get right! Here is MVP 06 and MLB The Show 17 screen shots see what I mean? Then numbers for MVP Baseball 06 is in the right spot on both back and front of the jerseys where as with MLB The Show 17 and earlier versions the numbers are to low!

The good news is after looking at the videos and screen shots of MLB The Show 17 a lot I think although not 100% sure that the number on the back with names was raised higher to look more accurate finally. But again even though I thought that was fixed even now when looking at it I am not even so sure of that being fixed. Could just be my eyes playing tricks on me. Anyway I am no artist but how hard is it to just look at real MLB Jerseys and copy them 100% into the game? And yes I know they have to follow the style guide but I am willing to bet the numbers are placed in the correct spots on all the jerseys in the style guide!

It's a shame because they made the players faces so much better but they forgot to fix the number placement on all Jerseys!

It seems strange that they combine different builds of the game for these videos. It makes me wonder if the MLB Network package is for every game or if it's only for select games. Remember last year they introduced different graphics sets depending on the market size of the home team, maybe it's something like that.

I still can't believe they have fans in the groundskeeper shed at Camden Yards. It almost makes the stadium unplayable.

Also unless they are mixing up old and newer build which is very possible of course it looks like also new this year is the pitching select buttons and the base select window on hits also will change color deepening on which presentation package is being used.

Its been years, but almost certain I recalled Costas and Reynolds in the booth for one of the Triple Play series games? Maybe they will be reunited for Show17?

For commentators, they should have nabbed the trio that were doing 2k baseball, I think it was Gary Thorne, John Kruk and Steve Phillips. That was fun to listen to. Sounded so authentic.

I am not sure what I am most excited about from that video between the season stats being back for each plate appearance, the MLB Network presentation package, the quick manage mode or that turn by the 2B on that double play.

I don't know which In-Play Camera they were using (Broadcast, Retro, Medium), but it looked very realistic in terms of height and zoom.

MLB Network is legit. Wonder if it highlights game of the week and if you can see which game will get that package in the Today's Games screen in Franchise.

Lighting looks great, models look great, smooth animations.
