    EDIT: never mind, one short
Since Ramone has stated that they will never lose Matt Vasgersian, it looks like we'll have 2 new color guys. Which is cool. I like Matt Vasgersian a lot.

That's been said, but I'm not sure I buy that. Why imply a random number of letters using asterisks at all? Instead of just "two new commentators join the booth!"

Dan O'Dowd would fit. Hope only itsnt buggy as last year version it the beginning. I think retro is only a gimmick. We will see what they did with rtts and franshise. This year i think i go for the psn version. last year i didnt get my pre order bonus from best buy, the other year i didnt get it from gamestop. what is totally b.s.

If you are an Amazon Prime member you get $12 and release day delivery. My mail usually gets here by like 10 AM so I am okay with waiting a few hours after getting up to save $12.

The $12 off obviously includes free shipping and goes for MVP Version which I think comes out to like $60, regular cost of game.

That's what they were doing in the video. It's in the one at the top of this thread. Watch the gameplay in the right bottom corner. They switch over to Quick Manage at one point.

Did the video have sound? Did you hear the broadcast, how did it sound, any different? I hope we'll be able to use the mlbn package whenever we want, (as a setting.)
1458, not counting playoffs, that's the number of games in a row I haven't missed! Go Yanks!

from the facebook AMA video, in the options popup it showed that you can select which presentation package you want to use. so with that said, i bet it will be Random like '16 but that option will let you override the manual setting(this is just like how open and closed roofs worked in '16)

Now I don't know at all....

I'm guessing Ben Davis and Jeremy Affeldt.

Both are just hitting the color analyst scene so they'd be more available than others to do a video game. Plus they're relatively young, so they might be excited to do it rather than some old hats.

It really sucks that Matty V will be back. Seems like commentary will not be as new as i hoped.

He's actually the main guy I wish was gone. I was hoping for a new commentator.

I'd have to agree. I was hoping with a new official presentation package through MLB Network, we'd get a new play by play guy.

But now im thinking, I wonder if Matty V will be the main guy for "The Show" presentation package, while maybe we get a whole new team for MLB network games? Hm...

Matty V works on mlb network games so I doubt he's going anywhere
And as it's been said by quite a few people I like him as a play by play guy IRL, it just doesn't translate too well into the game, so if they can get that right I think he'd be really good and I'm looking forward to find out who is going to be joining him

I'm just saying, based on what they hinted (they said huge changes to commentary, well at least that was my interpretation of the paper stack image they showed), it made sense to me the Matty V will be gone and they will completely redo all the lines. Now it looks like they will bring back all his lines from past years and just edit in him mentioning whoever the other names are with him on commentary.
