Harold reynolddddddsssss!!!! Noooooooooo!!!!!!! Hes the worst. That playoff game in toronto where he talked about the astro turf for 5 innings was the worst commentating ive ever seen.

Here's what it all boils down to: a) turn the commentary off b) deal with it or c) don't purchase MLB The Show 17...

I'm the opposite. I was on the fence and leaning towards getting the game, but now I'm definitely not getting it now that Harold Reynolds is in the booth.

Even if I mute him, I won't be able to get around the fact that one of the worst color commentators in all of baseball was selected to be put in the only MLB video game on the market. Guy was taken off the World Series broadcasts for a reason. He's that bad.

Just a tremendously poor decision.

See you guys in a few years when Harold is out and someone else is in!

The MLB Network package looks great. I hope they show off what theme 1 and 2 are during the stream so we can see the differences in all of them.

MLB Network presentation looks amazing..

The commentary still to be determined..What it comes down to is, can they read a script? Doing a live broadcast comes naturally and is quite different than acting..So if it feels forced, it will show..

Would like to see them get into a "I'm not your buddy, guy" routine with him ala South Park. LOL

And I thought my distaste for Harold Reynolds was strong...some people act like he cuckolded them or something. It's not that serious, bro

A lot of great things in that video. The presentation is really going to bring the game to the next level. I am excited for the new commentators, not sure why people are so butt hurt over the additions but whatever.

The "I'm not buying because Harold Reynolds" thing is a bit silly, let's be honest.

BTW, I just found out that Petco Park is in this year's game. I hate Petco Park, I was at a game last year and someone spilled a Coke on me. It was awful. Therefore I'm passing on this year's game, see you guys when the Pads get a new stadium!

So it looks like I have some preparations to make...

***Pre-March 28th To Do List***

1. Upgrade to PS4 Pro (GameStop quoting $125 credit with trade in)
2. Upgrade from 1080p to 4k TV

I took the opportunity of it being tax season and having a buddy who did have a ps4 and sold my ps4 too him for $175 and used it towards the pro. Already had the 4k t.v.

I don't have the ps4 pro, but I've got the 80 inch tv... I'd rather have that!! The show is amazing on it, as does everything else!

Good grief, i don't particularly care for harold reynolds myself, but i would never let him influence my decision on whether or not to buy something because he is affiliated with it. I really don't respect Puig as a ball player and felt he didn't deserve to be on the cover of The Show, but i still bought the game. I would still prefer hearing Reynolds this year than hearing whoever (lyons or karros) did the obnoxiously loud and off timed "hitting streak lines". Those lines made me regret having a player on a hit streak.
