I'm going to try and hold out hope that they will. Because it's such an egregious violation of the style guide that they have to adhere to, that they'll have to make an exception.

Still no White Sox pajama units... disappointing. I feel like the White Sox get no love from this game/the developers. They update all these faces and yet leave every Sox player the same.

very disappointing as a Tigers fan. Oh well, '79 Road is a sweet uni so it's a minor annoyance overall. But it should be fixed out of principle.

Where did the Cardinals Sunday home hats go? They were in the game last year, and have been used for Sunday home games since 1998. Same for the alternate blue road hat that was their primary road hat from 1992 - 2011. Both are gone from the game. I thought this was supposed to be a BETTER year for uniforms. Why remove two hats that have been around for years and were in the game last year? This makes no sense.

While I agree with you I'll tell you the logic behind it. Each jersey this year is paired with one cap in the selection screen. None of the two caps you mentioned are paired with any of the 3 jerseys in the style guide so there's no place to put them. It's like each of the 3 current jerseys they have goes with the red cap so the other caps are jersey-less. Don't shoot the messenger, just letting you know "how" this happened.

Agreed. But the fix would've been simple since it appears there are not a limited number of slots for each team. Create an Alternate 1, Alternate 2, etc. See Arizona for an example. Hard to believe the caps are NOT in the style guide, especially since the current ownership cares about the uniform history enough to release a book last fall documenting every uniform the Cardinals have worn in their history, including special World Series jerseys/hats, etc... Also ticked that Sony made a big deal out of putting the Blue Jays red hats in the game while getting rid of the Cardinals blue hats. I love uniform details, and this is incredibly frustrating.

Folks, let's wait and see what SCEA does before we jump down their throats. It seems obvious to me that this is a bug and not a personal shot at anybody. I'm disappointed as well, but mistakes and bugs happen.

Wow I feel for you Tigers fans, having to look at jerseys that are completely screwed up for the entire year. I could almost, kind of forgive it if it were an alternate jersey that was worn once a week. But this is their road jerseys, they wear these for every road game. I seriously wonder how a screw up this big got through.

It does sort of feel like SCEA has already made their move in saying they won't patch huge art assets. I'm still hoping that this kind of backlash will change their minds, but it feels like false hope at this point.

Guys...I'm with you on the tigers and I'm not even a tiger fan. Artwork to me is crap painted on the walls. This to me is a character skin. What if injustice ships with no batman logo on his chest?

Anyway, I work full time and I coach baseball full time. Who knows when I'll get to play....but for my sanity of seeing 14 pages, please post errors and omissions and keep the back and forth to a minimum. I want this to be productive where I can read the posts and update the front page for us or the devs to look at.

I'm pretty certain the St. Louis Cardinals are going with the regular red caps "exclusively" now. (special events will come into play)

As far as the Tigers go, I don't know if they've changed, but if they haven't it may not be an art issue. It could be a coding issue. In other words there's programing that made the names invisible. So no need to get the pitchforks out yet.
