i knew it! something always bugged me about the tigers' '79 throwbacks but never figured out what it was until now. the numbers on the back are triple-layered, orange/white/blue. the numbers on the actual jerseys are just blue outlined in orange, no white.

and while i'm on the subject, tigers' home whites also feature a thickly-stitched white outline around the old english d. no such outline exists irl.

as a tigers fan, really happy this year :waytogo

Small error...70s Dodgers home unis (in the game) don't have the white button on the cap. The 70s hat is solid blue.

Yeah it's pretty bad. So all 3 uniforms you'd wear have their own accuracy issues, one being totally wrong.

Working on the Giants, Brewers, Pirates, Padres and Blue Jays next but wanted to post two pics updating some of the teams I already did, both of which were pointed out by others in this thread already but I wanted to post them with pics to better and more clearly illustrate the errors...

Yankees batting helmet logo is way too big, it's a bit distracting how big it is...


Tigers Road 79 jersey numbers on the back should be navy with only an orange outline but the game has an unnecessary white outline as well. These pics also show the problem with the shade of orange being too light for the Tigers and that the numbers are too thin...

Thank you, thank you, thank you. The interlocking NY on the Yankee helmets has been like that at least the last 3 or 4 years. It's been one of my pet peeves. It was accurate in previous versions. That is why I don't understand it got changed to that. New software templates? Who knows? Doesn't seem SDS cares though. I wish they would move the numbers up on the back of jerseys with no names too.

i wonder, if they forgot to put the NY on the front of the Yankees' home unis would this still be true? or are they basically saying, "get bent it's not a big deal get over it"? i wonder.

might seem like nothing to some, but i feel entitled to be picky this year. wrong is wrong, especially when i highly doubt that white outline is in the vaunted style guide since it's never been on any tigers jersey ever.

Is it really an "art asset" or is it a jersey that has a name programmatically added to it? There isn't a new "art asset" when I create a custom player with a custom name on the back?

Hopefully this is just a bug that they'll fix and the person answering tweets doesn't know wtf is going on.

The worst part about the dugout jackets is not so much that so many are wrong but more that so many are outdated like the Mets using a black wordmark when they longer use any black. That's such an eyesore for so many teams.

Are dugout jackets in the style guide? Whatever not like that thing matters. They blew away the style guide excuse by not following it with the Tigers road jerseys.

Not in the uniform style guide, but in the majestic retail style guide.

And that logo with the black is in no longer in any current style guide.
