Anyone else noticed that some ballparks have trolls as bat/ball boys?

I mean these dudes look like they have the body of a child but the head size and facial features of a full grown man.

Trolls have been 'trolling' for years. Bearded boys close to the on deck circle.
One of the 'little things' that will never change.

Has anyone noticed that Michael Wacha's delivery is super glitchy? I'm playing Franchise, night game, raining, MLB the Show 2015 batting stance, and whenever he delivers it glitches from when he brings the ball back and skips to right before he releases.

Makes it very difficult to hit...

I wish they created a MLB The Show App where you can access your Franchise Mode, Diamond Dynasty and Road To The Show.

Perhaps allow scouting, edit lineups and pitching rotations and manage injuries...etc.

I have also been seeing this more often then I would like..id hit a gapper and guy on first or 2nd would go halfway and stop when he should no doubt be running..not sure what to do to fix this

I've been having a lot of fun so far. The OSFM rosters have been great.

One issue I've noticed is that I still seem to have the occasional issue where baserunners just hold up for whatever reason. Not sure if it's intentional if a guy has poor baserunning ratings or what.

I had Jett Bandy at first, and Arcia at second. I get a shot into the gap in right center, and send Arcia home, and as soon as it's in the gap (Bandy is maybe 1/3 of the way to 2nd) I send him home as well.

I notice that he gets to 2nd base, slows down and looks to the outfield, and then I'm mashing the "home" button and it still shows "home" as his destination, but he delays, and then finally starts moving again. By that time the fielder has the ball and is turning to throw it in, so with his lack of speed I end up holding him at 3rd and having to settle for one run instead of two on a double. Odd, and a little frustrating.

I'm pretty sure this has been pointed out but i'm just now seeing this

Giancarlo Stanton is "fat" in this game. wow.

one of the main selling features of this game is how you can now sculpt your player to your liking

and arguably the most muscular player in recent years is fat in this game....mind numbing.

I've never been able to hit while the announcers are talking. I always have to turn them off.

What the heck did they do to the framerate with the patch they released? This game was running very smooth, but since that came out I can't even play a game at Coors Field because of the framerate. It's making hitting almost impossible. Very irritating

I wish this game had a broadcast generic camera option like nba 2k. I just want one broadcast camera that i like locked in without changing for online games. Most of my games end up being matched up on the road and then i have to switch to the outfield camera.

On another note there should be a better selection of preset behind the pitcher cameras that show the runner on 2nd base. Outfield is the only one that you can get a good view of 2nd base currently of the preset defaults but i prefer to have a zoomed out view of the pitcher mound. .

You must be throwing too many strikes, or pitching with some sort of obvious pattern than they are picking up on. My pitching fluctuates between HOF + and Legend, and there are some games I get shelled, but others where I give up 0-2 runs.



The only thing I wish I could get ironed out is K's. On Veteran Vet+ I get 10+ k's every game. On HOF+ I am lucky if I get 5. Wish I could find a happy medium.

Settling in with 30 team roster control on. I'm seeing some great hit variety, have no home run issue and am loving the game. However:

Only gripe is the lighting in games that start late afternoon. Who forgot to turn on the lights, lol. Games will be very dark in the first couple innings making it hard to hit. Yes, the ball is illuminated, but I didn't see this problem last year either. I'm quick managing these games for the first couple innings and I don't want to do this, OR I'm playing in a stadium, such as the Metrodome, which doesn't have this problem (games here are gorgeous by the way). My way around this will be to start a game, if it's too dark, just back out of the game, start it over and look for a stadium where the lighting isn't so dark.

Everything else is top notch (for me)....don't play online though.

My advice to SDS (and it will never be followed). Fix every issue in this game and not add a thing. Your reputation took a HUGE hit this year with loyal gamers. Yes, you may draw in new gamers with some of the gadgets, and sales may increase, but all over the internet, including Facebook, etc. you are getting ripped pretty hard. Shouldn't be as this is a great franchise.

I am an offline franchise only player. The balls in the dirt where the catcher allows the cpu to advance is KILLING my enjoyment of the game. Don't care if socks are not in or an outfield wall is the wrong color.

Give me great gameplay where I can bunt and put balls in the dirt on third strikes if I want to. May go back to '16.

Just my opinion.

I've played 3 games since the patch, I haven't encountered this problem once. I've had balls in the dirt, but no one advanced.
