Re: MLB The Show 17 Q&A
I understand what you said, I'm just telling you it's in the opening intro. There is no way to check the track list for the calls in the menu. You can disable all the musical tracks and just pay attention to the cues in the bottom right corner. Seeing as that particular call is in the opening intro, I would say there is a high probability it also plays in the menu.

Re: MLB The Show 17 Q&A
Is there an issue with the daily live rosters? I went in to play as the Blue Jays & their player lineup was all messed up with osuna at 2nd & hitting leadoff as an example."If you don't have anything good to say, say it often"- Ed the sockComment

Re: MLB The Show 17 Q&A
To those who play a franchise as an NL team how many RP's should I have on my MLB team? I've started up a Pirates franchise and it's my first NL team. In my other franchise that I have been playing for a long time I manage the Rays and just keep 6 RP's which includes my closer and use that other spot for a position player.Comment

Most teams these days are carrying 12-13 pitchers. 5 starters, 7-8 relievers.

Re: MLB The Show 17 Q&A
Guys I have some questions about online franchise
I've played 2 games and won. But they default to the red circle with 2 dashes inside of it. What does that mean??
I have Thor as my SP for 2 straight games. Was getting ready to play my third game and he's still suggested as my SP with FULL energy!!! Is this a bug!?Comment

Re: MLB The Show 17 Q&A
HI guys, just a quick question on Franchise..... I want to start my Mets Franchise soon. My playing time is limited,so my plan was to play 1 game,Sim 10,play 1 ,Sim 10 ect... In these 10 simulated games, does the CPU automatically shuffle my lineup? As to where they sit, rest my usual starters ? I know last year they tended to shuffle the lineups a little bit. Thanks in advanice for any help !!!Comment

Re: MLB The Show 17 Q&A
DL - is there a reason the computer teams keep players on the 10 day DL when they have injuries are that 2-3 months. I've seen some on 10 day DL and the injury length is 230+ days. If I have a player with broken arm and out 2-3 months shouldn't I place him on 60 day DL? Maybe I just don't understand how the DL works in MLB.
When do you guys decide to call up a player in the minors or send them down? If they are progressing well and getting attribute bumps wouldn't it be wise to just leave them at the level they are at instead of moving them and they play poorly. Do guys in higher levels progress quicker than at lower levels? Any threads discussing this?
Thanks!

There is also no reason to put a player on the 60 man DL if you don't need the space on the 40-man roster, since you can upgrade a player to the 60 day DL at any time and any time served previously on the 10 day counts towards their 60 days.
Hope I'm not being condescending by saying this (I have no idea how baseball knowledgeable you are) but the days represent just the minimum amount of time the player has to be out in order to qualify for that DL list, so the 10 day can last for however many days are needed, it just HAS TO last at least 10 days.Last edited by TheWarmWind; 05-13-2017, 01:50 PM.Comment
