I'm sure the SDS guys are trying. Let's be reasonable. Yeah it's frustrating, but they probably know whatever they say isn't gonna change anything and are working on fixes as we speak. We can hope anyway.

I mean that's just a question you have to ask yourself.

Generally a queue is something that will be processed at a later time, so you can play them knowing the results will be processed. Or you can join the masses and just endlessly complain about it thinking that makes a difference in the servers getting repaired faster.



I'm not accusing you of such, your actions from here on out will decide what path you choose.

Ive had my BR results show up later, so I don't sweat those being added to the queue, but has anyone had a Conquest game that was added to the queue acually wind up being processed? I sure haven't, so anytime I see "game added to queue" I know it's a nicer way of saying "game results thrown in trash"

Thats my hope as well, but from my experience, when a company is leaving their consumer in the dark it isn't a good look.

Tweeting out that we should "try" to stay on the post game screen and sit for 30 seconds SHOULDN'T be apart of the requirements of the game. It should work like its suppose to be. these hot fixes shouldn't be involved.

Silence leads to contempt with the masses. Even a basic statement saying the maintenance ran over or we experienced a couple problems, please be patient would make most people content. When you don't issue a statement or acknowledge the problem, the public looks at it as if you don't care. Its poor customer service that you can't shoot out a tweet or a facebook post that takes 15 seconds to write up.

Does it fix the servers, no. It does make it look like you are trying to keep your player base informed of the situation though.

Agreed. A lot of my job is time based and rule number one regarding customers and time frame is you usually overshoot your hours (the world is an imperfect place) and if by chance you still go over; the moment you know you're going to go over is when you tell the customer, not 2 hours after.

They seemed to have plenty of time to talk to us when they were trying to flog us the game, but now they've got our money they seem a lot less talkative.

For what it is worth, I think the servers are back up after the maintenance.

They couldn't even at least leave the opening day mission up one more day? Had over 20 hits last night that were not counted. Smh

Yeah, I think I'm gonna take some time off this game until this whole server situation gets corrected. Again last night, all of my Conquest stronghold wins were nullified and I didn't receive credit for any of my Opening Day hits. And this was before the servers went down for maintenance.

Getting a bit frustrated at this point.

Some people prefer to play online and have a fully functioning game. They put up a mission yesterday that was near impossible to complete because of bunk servers and haven't said a word about it. The lack of customer service from this company is awful. First and last show I ever buy at launch. I'll wait until it's 16 bucks used like I did with last years version.

Because (a) Conquest is the mode I want to play; and (b) I usually wait for OSFM rosters to do anything offline-related. Sure I can play exhibition matches and whatnot, and I've been doing that. But going back to Conquest to see if everything is working only to have my wins negated yet again is getting tiresome.

It's no big deal, really. Persona 5 drops today and I was spending time with that game anyway. I'm sure when I come back to The Show everything will be working fine, so it's a win-win.

So glad I didn't buy this game day 1. Looks like it's a nightmare yet again.
