The keeping us in the dark is what is so bizarre to me. We are in the age where it takes literally seconds to send out a tweet explaining what's going on. It's like their updates go out via Pony Express.
I don't want free packs, I don't want a rebate, I don't even want a refund. I just want an acknowledgement of "this launch isn't going as well as we had hoped, we're working on it as best we can and will update you frequently."
Instead we tweets about The Show Show and how many innings people have played so far... imagine how many would have been played with working servers! O_OComment

Maybe they opened the floodgate because I have gotten disconnected a few times checking the missions and my inventory. The when I restarted the game just got a could not connect.

You would think for a first party game by now there would be signs of improvement out the gate one of these years. Wish they would overhaul the processing system. Why not have a test beta before the game comes out to make sure things are working before releasing the game.Comment

I understand it, you run the risk of letting customers know that not much has changed since last year's version.
Thing is this is an awful launch with a game that's having problems offline and on. It's a risk that you have to take at this point.Comment

I was doing ok, online wise, with a few laggy games here & there but last night I lost 2 games due to the game freezing up & disconnecting me, resulting in a loss... I've had several occurrences of receiving two cards after a game and only received the first in my inventory. Fortunately, I haven't lost a diamond or gold, but I have lost a couple silvers.
Additionally, I've had numerous occurrences where I didn't receive any item rewards after play now and franchise games. Perhaps this is by design, but if so, the design is garbage.Comment

I've been forced to play only vs. CPU in DD because the game keeps freezing during H2H and Battle Royale. One game I was up 4-1, but lost because it froze in T5, and the second game I was already losing in BR but didn't care to finish out the 4-1 defeat. Multiple disconnects from the server entirely tonight. I played a game right after work vs the CPU and everything seemed to go fine. Finished a second game at about 11:00 pm eastern and it went to the queue.
I have logged out tonight and I just hope it gets processed because I advanced 3 or 4 different missions including Team Epic III and two of the gold divisional conquest missions.
That is the kind of progress that I would hate to lose.Comment
