Yup. I'm willing to drop some money on my team but not while open packs takes 30 minutes.

Just getting into the main menu takes a lot longer than it should. Going back to the clubhouse after an RTTS series has ended is also taking a long time. I wonder if it is because of the servers.

yup, its starting to get laggy now since people are starting to get home from work/school and logging on now. it will probably be laggy the rest of the night now.

Yeah, they pay for offline games.

It's insulting that you think people should just enjoy what parts of the game work. The whole game should work and I'm not saying that we should all be losing our minds but over 48 hours since launch there should be improvements felt by everyone. There is not.

It's like if you bought a steak and parts of it were so bad that you couldn't eat them and instead of asking for our money back you'd rather us just "eat around the bad parts, there's enough edible meat to stop you from being hungry"

Everything I've done in the game since launch has reset three different times while I've been playing offline. Even the things I did earlier today are gone. The game is supposed to be able to reward you for things you do anywhere even offline. I spent the first day just doing batting practice offline and all that progress is gone (along with everything else I've done either offline or on).

Are there bigger things in the world? Of course, but at the same time it's unreasonable to ask people "just use the broken game in a certain way."

My loading times have been 30 mins plus for most of the day.

I would chalk it up to the problems everyone is dealing with right now.

Please go back reread my recent posts, I said people had a right to expect online to work but to give up on the game and return it is a bit much two days after release because a portion of it has issues.

I did, I just figured I'd quote the first one you did.

The problem with waiting is that people are paying a premium for a broken game. Also if we look at the game's history these things are not a quick fix, it's taken weeks for the game to be fully functioning in the past. If they get a refund now and wait a month/month and a half they're going to get it again at a reduced rate.

I'm sure there will be a pack or stubs or something for this problem but that's not real, it's pretend things that they created and attached a value to. "Sorry about that problem, here's a Votto card for free, we think he's worth 60 dollars so your game is now free". If they refunded part of the purchase price to everyone that had a problem then I'm sure you would hear a different tune because then people aren't paying a premium for a broken game, they would wait (semi) patiently.

I doubt many people would give up on the game entirely but it's not unreasonable that people are upset about paying a premium for a game they can't play.

I think there has to be some kind of compensation for those who struggle through launch. I think a 10 packs is in order.

I'd also love to see a goofy special mission added. Something that reward actively struggling 2-3 hours through the menu to achieve actually nothing useful. Must lead to gold or better! Must be named "launch day deja vu" or something like that!
