Hey Kid

I just made sure all my save data was uploaded to the cloud (if you have PS plus) and then brought it in as is. The store employee said it's easier if you let them deactivate your account at the store. Which he did right in front of me.

I did forget to bring in the HDMI cord and the charge cord for the controller. They just took it out of the new system.

Are you sure that you didn't just use a different HDMI port on your TV? There is literally zero difference between a HDMI cord you get with your PS4 and HDMI cord of the same length front best buy or where ever.

Well there's literally no difference between HDMI cords and those that are "4k Ready" (12ft and ubder). Had to be something else unless the HDMI you were using was 15 years old .

Sorry..I used the HDMI that came w/the PRO. SETTINGS showed only AUTO and 1080. When I swapped it out for the new one the settings showed 480/720/1080i/1080p/2160. I set it to 2160 and the difference was stunning.

Yeah something was up . Just don't want to see people needlessly go out and purchase new HDMI cords when they are exactly the same. Not sure exactly what was up in your situation other than the possibility of you having a faulty cord or something or plugging the cord into the TV after it was already powered on.

Nope. Even my wife noticed the jump. Even the circumference of these cables were noticeably different. The people who purchase them can return them if they don’t see a difference. I don’t believe I had a faulty cord out of the box.

Very Nice. I still think The Show 17 is one of the best looking games in HDR I’ve seen. I would rank them...

Yes Kid. Samsung Led smart tv 1080p. I set the video setting to high frame rate I believe it is, and it looks outstanding. The 4k tv will have to wait till later this year.

Yes. Costco has a two pack for $14.99. Package say exceeds 18g bps, whatever that means. All i know is that w/the cable that came w/the PRO I had 2 options, automatic and 1080, with this it says it says/720, 1080i. 1080p and 2160 yuv420.

The game looks true 4k now.

Interesting. I use the cord it came with and get 2160. I wonder if it got mispackaged for you purchase?
