Which year was your favourite show game?

I see that a lot of people were not happy with 17 I see 15 seems to be most popular but would that be because the ps4 was so new and different?

I really loved mlb 12 player that to death

I played MLB 09 on PS2 more than any other video game.

My favorite on PS4 has been MLB 16. That game played so great

To this point it has been MLB 12. Hitting and pitching was the perfect difficulty that year IMO. Seems like the game has gotte progressivley easier every year since then.

To tell you the truth 06 or 07 (Cant remember which one, cant find my notebook with the stats) I think was my favorite. Prob cause it was the first time playing the series and I enjoyed the crap out of it.

I have bought them all since and play them every year, but maybe other than 15, 06 or 07 I think I played the most

I have a spotty history with the MLB series. I started with 06 for PSP after the MVP series ended. It filled the void for a while. Then I got a 360 and played 2K for about 4 years. The 2K series regressed so badly I decided to buy a PS3 just for The Show. I played the hell out of MLB 10-12. RTTS was amazing to me. I haven't played a console baseball title since then. I'm ridiculously excited for 18.

Long story short, I love every MLB: The Show game I've played. No favorite.

Im the same. There is always something wrong with each version but I enjoy them all. 17 had problems sure but for what and how I play, I enjoyed it in spite of the flaws. Im thinking in 3 weeks, I will be saying 18 will be my favorite

I've only got experience with 09 and last year's. There were aspects of each that were better than the other. 17: Graphics, player progression; 09: The ability to keep on top of your team's transactions as well as those of every other team (I almost exclusively play RttS), more training days.

Ultimately, I give a slight nod to 17.

It was 06 or 07. I forgot which. But it was a surprise hit back in those days when we had numerous baseball games to choose from. And then last years. Last year's I thought they really took a big step in gameplay. The rest were blah.

They all blend together for me so I can't remember one from another.

So I will say whatever year they added carryover saves and the year they allowed you to play a series without loading back to the menu between each game.

I've only played MLB 12 and 15. I don't play 12 because I no longer have a PS3 so I've been playing 15 on and off for the last 3 years. I've really been missing sounds of the show. I've already preordered 18 as it looks like it adds enough to become my new favorite.

For me, it's 06, was my first The Show, and I remember it fondly. Had one of the best soundtracks to this day, was a well rounded game IMO, had some fun modes outside of the usual RTTS and Franchise. I really liked the little cutscenes before the game of the stadium, wish they'd do something like that again but with the full in game stadium rendered.

Also was the last game with Tim Salmon in it (though, he had no career stats, which made me sad)

What year did they come up with import/ export, where every real SCEA player could be turned into old classic rosters? That was the turning point for me where I started playing less MLB2K. Until then, I played a lot of both series. That was the beginning of the end for 2K for me.

MLB 17. Cause Ball Physics. Played MLB 10 and MLB 16 the most, but 17 is my favorite.
