Re: Which year was your favourite show game?
For a bit of fun, since we're all into the swing of things for 20, I thought it would be nice to do a little dive back into the past and ask what MLB The Show is your favourite, most difficult etc etc. For me, MLB The Show 10 was by far the most difficult. I remember I had difficulty pulling balls for home runs and striking out a lot on high heat and sliders buried in on LHs. Thankfully I've come a long since then but 10 was definitely a good learning experience.
My favourite was 11 and 12. I remember having a lot of fun pitching with Jim Johnson out of the pen and then turning it over to Kevin Gregg to pick up a heart attack inducing save. This nearly always involved a walk to one of the first batters faced. Good funComment

Re: Which year was your favourite show game?
on the one hand I do have years played that really stick out in my mind as great experiences.
on the other hand, it's also like asking me who my favorite child is. they were all great in their own unique way. of course, I'm the wrong one to look to in this instance. if I had a child that turned out to be an axe-murderer I'd still love themOSFM23 - Building Better Baseball - OSFM23

Which was the final year that actually had Owner Mode? I miss those aspects so badly. Setting prices for tickets, concessions and merch. Earning up the ability to buy a TV Network or team plane. Adding seats and expanding the stadium. And gradually building a powerhouse where I could absolutely crush my rivals with a budget that was through the roof.Anyone who claims to be a fan of two teams in the same pro sport is actually a fan of none.Comment
