I update my lineups via the lineup screen every 10 games (or every 2 series if the team is struggling), using the sabermetric method outlined in The Book.

When I'm getting ready to start a game, I may make minor tweaks, such as if my coaching staff suggests I sit a player who's struggling against lefties/righties, or if a player needs rest.

In default sliders, it’s playing pretty good, except for too few walks and my team pitching a little too strong. Anyone have reasonable, realistic fixes for this. I’m still in spring training, hoping to fix before reg season.
