Re: MLB 18 Stadium Accuracy / Feedback Thread
The Giants released a rendering of their new scoreboard. Unfortunately, it just shows the general structure, not the exact layout of batting orders, line score, etc.. For reference, here's 2018's layout. And, here's the rendering for the 2019 board:

San Francisco Chronicle caption: "A rendering of the new, larger Mitsubishi video board at AT&T Park, which will be about 50 feet wider and 20 feet higher than the old board. The advertising placards that had been displayed just inside the light standards will be affixed to the standards to provide for the wider board. The placards shown here are examples. Actual advertisers could change."MLB: San Francisco Giants, Oakland Athletics (Sell The Damn Team, Fisher!)

New batter’s eye coming to Target Field this season:
MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN. - Bringing a unique element to an essential ballpark staple, the Minnesota Twins today unveiled plans for a new, "living wall" system for the Target Field batter's eye. The batter's eye design, which is the first of its kind in Major League Baseball, will enhance the aestheticsLast edited by dupontflames; 01-07-2019, 05:21 PM.Comment

Great American Ballpark needs the RF renovations added to the show. Above the RF bullpen.

Really hoping they get the Juniper plants in. All the info was on the star tribune to exact dimensions, so they don't have to guess too much.Comment

Re: MLB 18 Stadium Accuracy / Feedback Thread
I realize this is probably the wrong stadium in Minneapolis to be talking about, and it's probably too late to change it anyways, but it's always killed me seeing the Metrodome's baggie in RF being too tall and not long enough (should extend out to the end of the press box in right-center, as seen in the pics). Baggie in the game is closer to the height of the Green Monster, when in reality the entire wall was 23 feet tall (same height as the right field wall at Target Field). Last thing, the foul pole shouldn't extend to the right of the baggie, it only extended up from the top of the wall (the "327" number marker should be displayed vertically as well)Attached FilesComment

Re: MLB 18 Stadium Accuracy / Feedback Thread
The white sox will be renovating the right field bleechers and it will now be the
"Goose Island". Renovation will be complete for the 2019 season. Prolly too late to put this in...would just like to see a lil love given to the white sox and their field. it seems to go untouched year after year.

MLB 18 Stadium Accuracy / Feedback Thread
STADIUM NAME: Kauffman Stadium
DESCRIPTION: Right Field Porch Sign - For years this was a Budweiser script sign, and for the 2017 and 2018 seasons, it was changed to Blue Moon. Even if the text could say something like ‘The Show’ with a baseball between the words, that would be better than the big rectangular The Show sign that's currently in-game.

STADIUM NAME: Kauffman Stadium
DESCRIPTION: Outfield LF & RF Wall LED Signage - At Kauffman, the LED boards extend further than what is currently in The Show. In The Show, there is a fixed graphic at the end towards the bullpen(s), but in reality, the LED board extends all the way to the bullpen edge. Only the last graphic, towards center field, is non-LED.

STADIUM NAME: Kauffman Stadium
DESCRIPTION: Grass Pattern - I love when the Royals mow the crown in to the outfield grass. But truthfully, this was almost exclusively used in the playoff runs of 2014-15. Seeing it still in for every game in The Show makes it less special. I would prefer The Show had the much more common checker pattern for the field, and thick parallel lines in foul territory as the Royals use 99% of the time.

STADIUM NAME: Kauffman Stadium
DESCRIPTION: Hall of Fame Glass Graphic - Every year, the Royals have some kind of Royals branding graphic applied to the HoF glass in left field. Also, for the past few years, they have the green Commerce Bank splash advertisement on the right side. Something that mimics this with Royals branding would be much better than the blank gray glass that The Show has had for years.

DESCRIPTION: Upper Deck Advertisements - In The Show, these upper deck vomitories are solid concrete. However, in real life, the two big ones on the sides of the upper deck should have large (mostly blue) sponsor graphics on them. Also, at the top of the press box area are two long 'roof tops'. The Show has these as a plain color, but these should also be sponsored mostly blue.

DESCRIPTION: Kauffman Stadium Broadcast Pitching Cam - It seems like the angle of the camera is just a bit off. The zoom is about right, but I think the camera needs to swing around to show a little bit more to the right. I think the focal length of the camera needs changed a little too, because you can see that the dirt circle around home plate runs off the left and right edges in the real broadcast. It's easiest to compare when you look at the advertisement panels on the backstop. It doesn't take away from the game, but as someone that watches most Royals games, and also plays loads of The Show each year, it's enough that I notice it and it takes away just enough from the realism.

DESCRIPTION: The top of the third base dugout has Kauffman Stadium mispelled. The top of dugout, in MLB 18, says 'Kaufman Stadium'.

There may still be time, but first look at Kauffman stadium today and it doesn't look like any of the corrections that I posted are in.
Main extra large vomitories still look like big blank pieces of concrete instead of blue branding
Spoiler
LED board extents on outfield walls still aren't long enough
Spoiler
Sign above RF restaurant/patio is still a big rectangle instead of a script sign

It looks like Hall of Fame building in left field now has a graphic added to it () but the grass looks like it was untouched and still has the (very rarely used IRL) grass pattern with the center field crown (

1 for 5 (2 more still unknown) for my feedback points being implemented, so far.
