Just to clairfy, can we now add/remove helmet guards from ALL real players and all CAP's? (Without the helmet type mattering?)

That would suck. I really wish they'd give MOM a little more attention. Hopefully it's not the case.

It's the case. What I'd like to see is an option to refuse each individual patch - or to revert to the previous patch.

But my wife of 43 years is starting chemo so games are insignificant for me for a while. Maybe by August they will have the game working right.

I'm sorry to hear about your wife. I hope all goes well with her treatments.

I think this year even after the patch, I've had great games. My play around franchise is playing so great, I'm afraid to start over when OSFM rosters drop.

Thanks you! When you say SDS fake players, does that mean the guys in the drafts? Because that would be disappointing. I completely edit every first and second rounder from each team. Name/looks/equipment. I was excited to be able to add a guard on some of them.

I meant the fake players in the minors on the default roster.

You can apply the Chin Guard to the fake players in the game, you have to move them to the MLB level first. All the players already in the game have a correct helmet type so you'll have no issues. Where you will run into an issue is if you are transferring players over to 18 from 17 and they have any helmet other than protective you cannot add the chin guard unfortunately. Only way around it is to recreate that player from scratch in 18. Hopefully they patch that in cause there is no way to change the helmet type.

Did the fix the crowd logic yet?  Really kills immersion when fans are clearing out in the 2nd inning.

If I remember right, from the thread that was created about crowd logic issues, one of the developers said they found the issue and a fix for crowd logic is coming in the 1.06 patch.
