Yes bring back season mode and in that mode open it up with stats records that will continue to the next season.
When you port from last year's game to the new game allow us to send our created players to franchise to season to rosters.
Also when you're in franchise allow us to go to the vault and download players to add to our franchise or season.
If you could just fix the numbers so that when I choose 41 for Eddie Mathews or 44 for Hank Aaron or 10 for Johnny Mize
You pick a number that's the number you get if you want everybody on your team to have number seven allow it.

I'm sure it's been mentioned, but give me the ability to edit more about players in the game.

Not being able to change the helmets on players makes zero sense to me. Even less sense when I can't change the helmet on a CAP I got from the vault.

Real time presentation.
More name shout-outs by the broadcasters (instead of saying the left fielder made the catch, they user their real name)
More names from the stadium PA
Franchise depth like social media for the players (they react to their performances, etc.); more GM options (like being able to take stadium and broadcasting sponsorship deals as per PS2 MLB The Show franchise mode) and promotions (bobblehead nights).

Was seething about this the other day. Think about it - if the games are too long or too boring for you, you can:

- Play fast play
- Play hybrid
- Use quick counts
- Disable batter walk-up
- Choose “faster” for pitcher delivery
- Play 3-inning games
- Fast forward option

That’s SEVEN options they manually introduced to make the game faster, then ON TOP OF THIS, they cut broadcast content EVEN FURTHER by auto-skipping a ton of it. No choice, no option, just “nobody likes it when the catcher throws the ball back, ditch it.”

Not only have they already catered to the short-on-time (or short-on-attention-span) seven times over, but they’ve completely ignored people who, you know, actually liked the real-time presentation.

if I could have, I would have broken the like button by smashing it so much on this post...

if a person who calls themselves a BASEBALL FAN cannot sit through a full real-life game or cant play a 40 - 60-minute game isn't in my mind a real baseball fan.

but I bet you that these are the same people that can binge watch an entire tv series or play fortnite for hours on end without complaining one but.

I kind of miss All-Star Games meaning anything in RTTS now that they've removed training points/stubs, but I don't know how they'd change that.

I like the option to turn retired players into coaches and I'd like to piggyback: I'd like the option in RTTS to turn my player into a coach after they retire.

I’d love to see them take the time to verify with the clubs what uniforms will be worn and what alternatives they will be using for the upcoming season. This is something that is determined prior to season. Seems like this could be accurate. Very frustrating to play with the Cardinals every season and not be able to switch to alternate blue cap, or like this season, no blue cap and no bird on bat Sunday home cap. Why???? Also, since they have Majestic already in the game, where’s the “special” uniforms for holidays? Incorporate the prior years mothers and Father’s Day selections, Labor Day and Memorial Day! There’s more going on than just a red write & blue 4th of July hat. 🤦🏻*♂️

A couple more:

Statistical career/season landmarks in a player profile (most hits in a game, hr’s, etc.)
Injury susceptibility (if a pitcher has a persistent blister problem it’s more likely he will suffer again, recurring calf or back problems, etc)
Get rid of the real world twitter feed in the profile especially in franchise mode, have a contextual social media/team news format

I’m sure this has been mentioned but the ability to edit other teams rosters without 30 team control. I never understood why there are these restrictions for me to edit my teams. I would love to be able release, call up/send down, select my own all star team.
One of the favorite features of any sports game was from Tecmo Super Bowl on the NES. You could change the rosters of the pro bowl team and I would play my season and then select my pro bowl teams based by the stats from that season.

I'm in total agreement on this one.

If you start a franchise and only control one team, that's the only team you'll ever be able to control.

But the option is there to control whoever you want at the start.

Just make that an option players can toggle whenever they want.

If I feel like I've done all I can do with a specific franchise and want a new challenge without leaving the league I've created … tough luck.

Seems like it would be a pretty simple addition.

Also … I wanna see a player's transaction history in their bio. Who drafted them, what round, who they've played for and what level, etc. I don't need the game to save minor league stats, but at least I'd like to be able to see if a guy has bounced around four or five other farm systems.

I think it would be fun to intertwine some nicknames like for Mickey Mantle...the mick but do it every once in awhile. Babe Ruth...the babe Stan Musial...Stan the Man Musial.
I know they have Stan the Man but that sounds incomplete. It would add a lot of color to the game.
I would also love to see the old classic baggy uniforms with the ability to slide the pants up and down the socks with a slider and also the sleeves would look great if you had a choice between tight fitting and loose fitting plus a slide from the wrist all the way up to the shoulder.
