My impression is that your slurve velocity will make progress to the next level, but not enough to give you a point of difference.

In off-season for my Show'19 Franchise. After Rule 5 Draft.
A CPU-controlled team put a player on outright waivers. How do I submit a claim? The offseason Manage menu doesn't include a Transactions tab like it would during the season. Can't figure out how to access pending transactions for submitting a claim?? Help and thanks.

You can't as there isn't a screen that allows you place waiver claims in the off-season like the regular season which is highly unfortunate and frustrating, especially since CPU controlled teams are able to make claims.

I've pointed this out to the dev team so hopefully it will be corrected in '20

Any real life intangible batting attribute.

Speed is tangible, as a certain speed attribute equals a certain speed in game.

Power is tangible, as it is measurable through weight lifting.

Vision is intangible. While it might be tangible in game (as it impacts the PCI) in real life there is no clear way to measure vision. Same with contact.

I'm unsure but if I recall correctly fielding is unaffected, but I could be wrong.

I have created hundreds of legendary players over the years and each year I try to upgrade their faces and try to go through all the Hoops to get the numbers right on their jerseys. This year I was able to offer my players basic helmet no flaps and a correction of numbers when I'm building the roster. So I had high hopes that I could put this roster into franchise and the helmets would be basic with no flap and their jersey number would be correct. So I don't know if I set up my franchise wrong I could sure use help I want to have complete control and I want my numbers to transfer over into franchise. Not sure what your question is. I am assuming that when you start your franchise that your number changes and helmet changes are not carrying over? Are you starting at spring training or regular season?

Does anyone know how to turn off the cpu trade offers in franchise mode? As I try to simulate, I get multiple offers a day. I have control of 2 users teams with cpu roster control on but cpu trades set to off. Do I need to do 30 team user control to avoid this? Thanks

It's one of the options when you start a franchise. You can allow the CPU to make trades or not. Once the franchise has started, you are stuck with your setting.

Maybe it's a glitch with new patch because I just tried starting new and still getting it. I will start over with 30 team control. Thanks for reply
