-Bring back season mode for those who want it. I was angry at first but now I just play 1 season of franchise. I don’t mind playing all the games or simming some of them.


Would like to add to season mode:

1) carry stats/ seasons and rosters intact to the next years game.
No computer interference in season, offer this as an option for people who build legendary players/teams.

Have they said one thing about any new franchise changes coming to the new game? And if not is there any reason not to just stay with 19? Specially if all you play is Franchise like I do

At this time there is extremely limited information on '20, as they've announced the release date, the cover art, and the pre-order bonuses.

The bulk of information in regards to updates to modes, gameplay, etc...won't be known until after the first of the year.

So to directly answer your questions:

1) No they have not said one thing about any new franchise changes coming to the new game

2) I'm not sure how to answer whether there is a reason to stick with '19 because there is extremely limited information available in regards to '20.

Specific information doesn't start to come out until the week after the Super Bowl, usually. With the release date being a bit earlier this year, maybe they'll take advantage of the week in between the conference championships and the Super Bowl to do a reveal trailer or something.

Olympic Stadium so I can play all Senators/Nats home games in Expos uniforms.


Also add the missing Pirates Black Top/Yellow trousers from the 1979 set. I'm tired of the Yellow Top/Black Trousers/White Pinstripe Tops-Trousers.

I want all the changes listed on this thread but given the state of the console and the games cycle I'm trying to limit my expectations.

I am hoping for customized jerseys, the option to add and edit coaches and to have full control of your team's budget. I would love the ability to choose what percentage of my budget goes to scouting/player development/coaching/player salaries.

More stat sorts in franchise. Last ten, last month, etc.

The stats are in there because they pop up randomly. We should be able to access and peruse them without them disappearing after five seconds!

Ugh don’t remind us.

If I remember correctly they had the one franchise dev casually mention they added real contracts and then he left so they could talk about MTO for the next hour plus. That was all the time dedicated to franchise mode.

If someone can find that, its worth watching if you want to be enraged. It was such an over the top slap in the face, I almost thought it was intentional when it happened. You kept waiting for someone to say, "Okay, Okay, here's the Franchise Deep Dive..." but it never came. I swore off buying the game for a few weeks after that stream.

I really only have 2 major issues I would like to see. (I have plenty of things, but, to me these are the most important.)

Roll back all graphics until the game runs smooth in all stadiums. I get horrible slow down where I some times miss an entire pitch. If you can't make it smooth allow us to turn off the crowd or things we don't need so it will run smooth. This game looks so great when it is smooth. That should be the top priority. I often times have to look away when the camera is moving outside of at bats because the screen is starting and stopping over and over again like it is hanging up.

The other pet peeve I have is the banners scrolling vertically in behind the batter during pitches. That should stop when I am pitching. I have to pick different views in some stadiums because I can't see the pitching meter clearly enough.

That is really it for me.

Medium Fielding cam is still in there. It's the cam I am currently using on defense.

I did not read through everything but a couple of things I would like to see are:

- When challenged in Conquest and I am the home team, being able to choose my stadium and actually being the home team.
- Stats for opponents, whether they are from my gameplay or accumulation of when I faced that particular team. I like how Moments do not stat track but the maps I think they should, especially with so many maps this year it would be nice to see who I did well against or struggled against.
- Incorporate Diamond Dynasty into a Franchise mode similar to OOTP and their card collecting 'online' competition. I do not necessarily want to be forced to play other players, but an offline adaptable experience would be awesome as I continue to collect cards. I sort of liken the comparison to Microsoft's racing games, particularly Forza with your friend avatars being a part of the experience, well maybe I could choose active players to put into my league that as they collect and adapt their lineup it replicates into my 'league'.

I want it to be like MyLeague in NBA 2K. (I don't have a PS4, so not sure everything The Show has...)
I want to be able to replace teams with created teams, re-align divisions, create players for the draft, and more. I love customization.
