Guys something I’ve been thinking about and wonder what you would all have to say. So say we get full minor league players and all. How do you think they’ll go by this? Would everyone happen to be a CAP(I think so) and have a player card/picture say like a real player like DD card. Or do you think they are just editable caps and don’t have a player card and just the usual card? Hope I don’t come off sounding dumb. I might be lol. But hope you guys understand what I’m trying to ask. Just wanna see the thoughts you guys have on this.

Why do I think this is simply a full single A roster and we will still have fictional minor leaguers?

No mention of the Full Minor League thing - whatever it may be - in the rewind (although they did use the Konner Wade clip again). Not confirmed nor denied. Looks like we're gonna be waiting a bit longer.

I think if we do get full minor league players that they will be editable CAPs. I think they would try to capture or at least do a better job on higher end prospects but the majority of guys would be mostly kind of basic. May look similar to some extent but would need some work. Of course actual captures of as many as possible would be great.

As far as cards I imagine they would just be basic or none at all until actually reaching the majors and then maybe they upload an actual pictured card.

I am tempering expectations with franchise. If you look at the stream schedule the franchise improvements are a sub bullet. It really is a rtts stream.

On the show nation forums a developer posted the stream dates and didn't even mention franchise.

I fear there will be a lot of disappointed people here once we get the first roster set. I can see more of the "key" prospects added, but also a lot of fillers and fictionals. Hope we're wrong, but I just don't see anything more than what you said here...

I'm thinking its going to be more roster slots (full minors rosters) than actual minor league players. That's how I took it when I read it and still take it, despite the possible leaks that it includes actual minor leaguers.

I think we get full A and then 10 spots for rookie level.

Find out in a few weeks for sure.

I would still be pretty happy even if we did just get “key” prospects. I mean that is still a HUGE step forward. With all of the great roster creators out there I am sure someone will fill in the blanks.

I will tell you this though. If they don’t include real minor leaguers, then there better be major franchise improvements or I will skip this year for the first time in 14 years.

I finally started skipping games I used to buy yearly and honestly it is quite liberating. SDS really needs to bring it this year and not make this game all about DD and gimmick modes
