All good. This is a great game and I plan on spending lots of time with it after a few months off. The rebranding sounds interesting, but I think it might have some limitations right now, and that's okay. Ready for the real spring training to start and will be keeping my franchise (30 team control) updated until the game arrives. Ready to go. When all is said, this team has given us a wealth of options to make the game work. Kudos.

As I did for 19, will wait for release and reviews from folks here on OS before deciding if worth the upgrade.

I'm looking forward to seeing the gameplay changes in the finished product. Also intrigued by the Full Minor League Rosters tidbit and what that holds in store.

Also curious to see how in depth the rebranding of teams is inside franchise mode and what all in entails. Not something I'm personally excited about, but curious nevertheless to see what all is involved, and really glad that it appears to be a step in the right direction for many in the community who were looking for this level of customization.

It's too early to determine whether I buy MLB 20 or pass on it. To base the decision on a trailer is just wrong. I need to wait to see what is said in the various developer streams. Historically I was a "Season" Manage Only player and have bought the game every year since MLB 2012. Now I have zero interest in DD and could care less about hot dog sales and/or creating a new fictional stadium after relocating some current MLB organization to Timbuktu. With that said, two years ago I got into RTTS, so my ultimate decision on "buy MLB 20" or "do not buy" will be based on what sort of changes were made to RTTS this year. If the only changes are new perks and/or the ability to play high school or college games for your RTTS player, I will pass since I am not planning on starting any new RTTS players. I have a new'ish RTTS player who was recently called up to the major league and at least for now he is the starting SS (on a bad team), so I plan on continuing using him for my RTTS games.

Unless there is significant cutting edge changes to gameplay and franchise, I'll be playing 19.

Not excited and will most likely stick with 19 to get my Baseball fix. It looks like a lot of "CAN CAN" animations again for fielding and  what is going on in the dugout. For those who don't know what that means is that every team will most likely have the same celebration animations and fielding error animations. For example in MLB 19 every error in the infield is played the same way with the confused step forward animation.  I wonder if they will finally have a High Five animation for when  a run is scored or a key hit or defensive play is made. It's been 20 years LOL oh well by now! People who buy 2020 without playing any previous versions will be really excited about the game.

Just watched the trailer for the first time. I'm feeling like the series won't be worth buying again until it's released on PS5.

pretty excited, almost to the point of indecency. I think I might love 20, enough so I'd consider marrying it, just dont want to be jilted at the altar come mid-March. I'd get it a diamond but it already has plenty lol

I feel extremely optimistic. I've been wanting them to bring the Diamond Dynasty team creator over to franchise for a while. I'm anxious to find out how stadiums will work with rebranding and of course see what the mysterious "full minor league rosters" entails. I also hope they worked on some small things like more realistic salary requests, more trade slots, better trade logic, etc. Overall, I'm just happy they still care about us franchise guys. I finally get to be a little creative on a baseball game which is something I've been craving since the MVP series ended. I know the gameplay's gonna be top notch, so any additional features are huge wins in my book. It's gonna be a fun summer!

As far as franchise goes. same stuff different year. with a roster update, but it looks like this year could be different finally! as for as minors go

having said that usually this time of year I am exciting because we just see another boring patriots super bowl.. right now my attention is on the super bowl with my team being in it so my excitement might change after that this year

I'm feeling both excited and curious about the game.

I'm excited about full minor leagues and rebranding/relocation, but curious about how it is implemented. My best guess would be the Diamond Dynasty create a team system is now in Franchise. I just don't know about how in depth it all will be and what your home stadium is after relocation.

I honestly believe relocation is being added in stages. The first stage was simple team rebranding which is being added this year. The next stage would be Create a Stadium to make the feature complete. Maybe we'll see Create a Stadium on Next Gen hardware in The Show 21.
