I would recommend watching the stream
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

No specific mention that max speed is x mph, but they kept mentioning 102 as the top level that Chapman, Hicks, and others were hitting.

My understanding is that its for both.
I just wish they'd get the velocities right. Hicks and Chapman can hit as high as 104.

Hicks probably can but Chapman can't hit that anymore. Velocity was down last year

Down velocity and zero movement, which meant a lot of hits off of him.

Yeah, Chapman’s 104 days are mostly gone. He fastest pitch last year was a little over 102 which is still very good. Hicks can bring the 104 way more frequently. I do believe Chapman still holds the record at 105 mph.

I would rather see him get hit off of instead of watching him put holes in the backstop signs because he can find the strike zone.

Another real ad they showed in the defensive improvement video was Chick-Fil-A in Atlanta.  It’s the small logo, but it was in the outfield on the Acuna catch.

OK, I see what they did. I mean, it's more than just perfect swings. They revamped the entire batting code basically. I wouldn't have called it perfect perfect but whatever.
