Am I making this up, or did they say "you can choose from any of the 60 stadiums int he game"?

There's definitely more than 60 on that website in the first post.

And you get a crowd of 20,450 or 16,345 or 22,743 depending on where you look in the game

This isn’t an official list. It just was something I ran across that showed some possible stadiums for folks who can’t open MLB 19 The Show right now.

The site probably has some minor league stadiums that aren’t in the game anymore I’m guessing.

          There are:

          30 - MLB
          23 - Minor League
          2 - Spring Training
          11 - Classic Stadiums

          Total 66 in the game.

Not disputing what you are saying but I'm curious where you found that information.

Meanwhile of the classic stadiums I see 3 with no reference to what team is playing in the ballpark. Crosley, Griffith and Polo Grounds. All 3 are quirky and I'm not inclined to use them in a franchise but they do seem to be free of any indication to what team is playing there.

Of the more recent classic stadiums Old Miami seems to have only one reference to the Marlins which is located on the scoreboard. No logo behind home plate or in the on deck circle. If attendance is tied to revenue and you want a playable stadium without much indication of a different team playing there Old Miami might be a viable choice.

It was mentioned in one of the streams in previous years when they introduced dynamic attendance.

If you play poorly then you're attendance will suffer which means less money in your budget to sign players. And the more money if you play well and increase attendance.

Interesting. Is it percentage of capacity or actual attendance? The idea of using a minor league stadium is definitely a bad idea if it's actual attendance. Old Miami looks like a good choice.

An old multi purpose stadium covered in teal/orange no team uses anymore or will ever use again is the best choice for a new expansion team? That stadium was terrible for baseball then, let alone in 2020.

Brooklyn Dodgers - Blue River Stadium

                        NY Giants -Polo Grounds.

                        Philly Athletics - Shibe Park.

                        Stl Browns - sportsman park.

Montreal Expos - Majestic Greens sort of looks like Jerry Park - original home of the Expos. IronHorse Stadium also is pretty close.

Baseball City is a good option too for Jerry Park but the palm trees just kill it for Montreal. LOL

                        Jerry Park :

Can we update stadiums for current teams? Like I'd like to move the Pirates back to Forbes, the Mets back to Shea, the Yankees back to Old Yankee II , and so on.

but for a videogame its serviceable, even in 2020

Because baseball is unique in that one aspect, stadium dimensions and the fact that outside of 90 ft between the bases and 60 ft 6 in from pitching rubber to home being standard, everything else is up for grabs.

Recreating old Tigers stadium, or real Yankee Stadium and not that ostentatious thing now referred to as Yankee Stadium... Would be a real treat.

And if you can create background objects, like the yellow bridge outside of Pittsburgh (one of my favorite parks) or being able to create things like "The Bat" that was outside of Yankee Stadium, where ppl would meet up at to go in together would be outstanding.

I'm excited for the possibilities. Hopefully like I said, they will make the creation tool available outside of franchise mode... The Shows community is one of the best, and giving that tool to us would be a boon for the game.

For what it's worth, I sent a tweet to MLB The Show and Ramone asking about this. I'm not expecting a reply, but you never know.

Includes the MLB stadiums, Minor League, Classic, Spring Training. Has dimensions and a photo showing the parks (The photos seem to be from 2017).

What stadiums are you planning to use for your rebrands?

Now I see these shots I wish the topdown shots of the stadiums in 19 were only a one year thing. I really didn’t like it because every field looked the same from that view.

While they’re at it I would love it if you would see the screenshot change (shadows on the field) depending on the start time/month. They could actually just use the ones from this website!
