Also not sure if this is the correct thread, but after I have signed my drafted players in franchise mode, when or how do I assign them to my minor league teams?



I cannot find the players in my roster, but I see that I have signed them.

What in the world is going on with all the errors? It's starting to annoy me. Not just that, some guys will just flat-out not even go for the ball or I'll set up under the ball only having it to go right by them.

For anyone that has reached the offseason...Once FA hits, how do we figure out how much money we actually have to spend? I seem a 200 payroll...and it seems I can offer 30 mil contracts, while staying in positive cash flows. But as soon as I simulate a day, I'm told my contract has been withdrawn. Can anyone help, please?

Take your weekly budget and multiply by 26 to get a rough estimate of what your total payroll is for the offseason. Remember the total payroll is for players, scouts, and coaches.

Also, the game will set aside X amount of dollars to ensure that you can resign your contract renewable players, as well as arbitration players, by the end of the year. What that amount is, is unknown.

The best thing to do is to determine which players, contract renewable players, you want to keep and which you are willing to let walk, and go ahead and resign them or release them. This will help prevent you from receiving the "can longer afford contract" messages.

How do you add players from the roster vault? And can they be added to an in progress franchise?

It's been a while since I've looked at adding a player, so I'm not sure I remember exactly how to do it.

As for your second question, the answer is no a player cannot be added an already in progress franchise.

How do you add players from the roster vault?

Download the player and then go to manage roster (from roster control and/or edit player menu) and choose the player from the roster you want to import the player over.

hey all, looking for some help or to be directed to the proper thread somewhere...

the option for 'one button jump/dive'... I've had that option ON for as long as I can remember in previous years of The Show. Up on the right stick is jump, Down on the right stick is dive - simple, and it's always worked.

However this year, it doesn't seem to work this way ALL of the time. Sometimes I'll hit up on the right stick and the player will dive, and vice versa. Has this been brought up by anyone, anywhere yet? If so, can someone direct me to a topic? Or if anyone has any answers here, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I am playing a carryover franchise and I have 30 team control setup. I am not seeing any cpu team injuries but I am seeing user team injuries. I have simmed months ahead to test and even bumped the injury slider up and saw more user injuries and still no cpu injuries. I did not select roster control last year and saw plenty of cpu injuries before carrying over. What am I missing? Am I bugged ?
