-- I know this has been in the game but I still like how the shadows gradually change. Playing at Guaranteed Rate Field with the White Sox, a shadow completely covered the mound in the bottom of the 10th when Kenley Jansen came in to protect a 3-2 lead, making it tougher to pick up his blazing fastball.
-- Saw this at PNC Park before and then at Tropicana Field, end of inning, camera pans over the top of the dugout from close up and you see the cracks and imperfection in the cement.
-- Throwback unis have their corresponding helmets. From what I recall, some, maybe all, in the past used their current helmets while wearing throwbacks.
-- Managers wearing jackets that correspond to the throwback or alternate uniforms their team is wearing, not their regular uniform.
    Good stuff.
Very generous calling Kenley's fastball "blazing";]...he averaged 92.1 MPH on his cutter that he threw 74.2% of the time last year. His sinker averaged 93.5 MPH but he only threw it 13.5% of the time last year. In case anyone is keeping score ;D.

I really like the player scaling. It is a sight to see Judge playing outfield alongside Gardner. Judge is just huge..even compared with Stanton. Well done SDS!

played a classic game the other night against the Angels. When David Eckstein was batting, I swear his strike zone was an in wide on my screen. (He's 5'6"). Like you, I loved how the game captures this!

I don't usually take the time to add and check batter walk up music and even though he no longer uses Careless Whisper as his walk-up song, it's nice that they somehow got a saxophone clip for Hedges.

Other things, I love seeing the various merchandise and uniforms being worn by fans in the stands. Oh yeah, I appreciate the inclusion of those giant pretzels. When one suddenly popped up when a fan grabbed it out of the drink holder () I proceeded to throw a wild pitch because I didn't expect it.

Small thing controls-wise when player locked... When fielding - if you hold down the (L) trigger (pre-pitch) you will see the action from a semi-broadcast view and you can still control your fielder! This is a huge thing since 3rd person over-the-back fielding view can be difficult in the outfield!

I thought they got rid of that! It used to activate by holding down the right stick and I was upset that it didn't work anymore.

I might actually start a RTTS now that I know that.

Re: MLB The Show 20 - The Little Things

There were several things in the Arizona at San Francisco game I just played.

                  1. I started the game with a light rain, by the 4th the rain was sprinkles, and by the 7th it had completely stopped.

                  2. My screen started looking blurry a couple of innings into the game, but the players were still sharp. I didn't know what was going on until I realized FOG had rolled in at AT&T Park!

                  3. They were getting a shot at the end of the inning of my centerfielder running in after a catch, the frame was off where I couldn't see his face only his body. It was like a human cameraman was trying to stay on the shot of him.

I swear I am seeing more little things this year than I have seen all my 15+ years of playing the SHOW.

Batter hits a bomb to CF and the CFr is chasing it. Ball is about to go over fence for HR. CFr leaps above fence to catch but mistimes his jump and the ball actually hits his forearm and falls in play and rolls in front of him. Because it was hit so far away and on dynamic view I thought the ball had cleared the fence until Matt V commented. I thought Matt V had pulled his groin the way he reacted lol..cool animation.

90 minute rain delay in 2nd inning. Attendance went from 75% to about 25%.

This is slightly off-topic but does anyone notice that one song in the soundtrack that sounds like chirping at the start? I automatically think that my PS4 hard drive is beginning to fail every single time I hear it. It's THAT noticeable and annoying. I can't think of the name of the song right now, but it gets me bad

Haha! I just listened to that song in the video. Guessing they used the highly edited version in the game.
It's on me. I shook his hand too hard. It was a hard ... kind of a slap-shake.

Played a game at BOS, right before my outfielder was ready to catch a ball, there was a yell from the stands like someone was trying to distract him and make him drop it lol.

Noticed my pitcher was wearing a jacket when sitting in the dugout. It was a October night game.

I am loving the Show Theme score-bug! I played my first game after the all-star break. Every player on my team that was selected for the mid-Summer classic was detailed in their info.
