Only had time to play a handful of games but noticed the same thing. Teams have been averaging over 4 HRs per game so far. As already mentioned here earlier, the percentage of runs scored via the HR ball is way too high (as high as 70%). Even though players have set a record pace in home runs during the 2019 season, teams still averaged well below 2 HR per game.
Im aware averages can be skewed on a small sample, but when guys like Ender Inciarte and Adam Eaton are hitting opposite field no doubter HR, it does have me questioning if the HR power is a bit overtuned in the game atm.
