Yea its really looking more and more likely that a damn good hacker got into their YT account some how and added that.

If that were the case one would think they would quell the hype before it got put of hand.

We know as much or as little as we did two weeks ago. Without additional info one way or the other, it's not more and more likely in either direction at this point.

And again, it's 2021. If someone wanted to fake a screenshot like this, they wouldn't need to hack anything.

It would, but they have no reason to alter their marketing schedule by commenting now. If it ends up being true, they get to highlight it however they plan to. If this ends up being bull****, it's not really their fault people bought into it.

In the end, all it would show is that people want a stadium creator - something we know from previous years' streams the developers are already well aware of.

Maybe it was being worked on and they expected to have it ready for '21 but couldn't meet the deadline for various reasons. It's possible the screenshot was from an earlier draft of a feature list.

Yeah I am going to go out on a tiny limb and call total BS it is even happening.

People are getting really duped here on this thing.

If I am wrong cool. People have wanted this feature for over a decade.

I'm with you tbh. I don't realistically see any reason they wouldn't have already mentioned it if it was in and I don't really think so much of them that I don't think they'd willingly let a false rumour spread without denying it if they thought it might get a few more pre-orders or a but more hype.

I don't know if I've shared this with you all before, but starting from about fifth grade onward I've been a fan of just drawing MLB stadiums. I would often draw existing stadiums, but every so often I would draw made up stadiums... some for specific teams.

When the Mets first announced they were going to build a new stadium (back when I was in high school), this was my proposal:




The apple is brought over from Shea, and the scoreboard is a smaller version of the original.


When the Marlins announced theirs, this was my proposal:






That Marlins one was inside a scrapbook, so it definitely faded a lot faster over time.

Basically, I'd of course like to make these for real. I know we probably couldn't get this unique, but I would love to get extra creative with these.

This is of course a pipe dream, as it seems that this might not actually be a thing yet.

EDIT: The Marlins one is so old, I just realized I have an Enron logo on the CF scoreboard.

I drew both in the past before their renovations. I’m sure those found a recycling bin back in middle school, haha. Those seem to be the only two drawings I have left that survived anything.

I should get back into it again though. Those were always drawn “from memory,” so I would botch a bunch of things but that was kind of the lure of it: that I could do as much detail as I could without looking at any photos of them haha.

Why are people expecting such a hasty announcement from them on this?

It’s more than likely a next gen only feature and they wanted to save the feature reveals for next gen at a later date .

They’ve barely started to market the game but people want them to throw out one of their biggest features?

Unfortunately, the people who are going to be disappointed the most are PS4 and Xbox One users I feel.

Again, this is just my opinion but it seems like the most logical answer.

I don't have an overwhelming need for a ps5 so I was going to wait till March 2022 to get one but if the Show does indeed have build-a-park, I might just accelerate the upgrade from my ps4 ASAP especially if it is next-gen only, which is what I already presumed immediately when rumor first broke
