With grass or turf since Toronto trying to get a way from Turf

I think you'd have to go with Astro turf if it were an option, it really "ties the room together" when capturing the essence of Exhibition Stadium.

Does seating capacity in the stadium you build affect your bottom line? Can you create a team and customize the stadium to your team? I wonder what bugs will present itself. I am certain that when you create a game, certain object in the programming stage are used in conjunction with one another. Will the take this into account with allowing us to build a stadium with such a large amount of options. How will ball trajectory play into the objects? If I hit a homerun, will the ball bounce off of that created placed object or will it clip throw it? These are questions I would like answers to.

If balls clip through objects over the fence I'd be shocked.

the Show's made an offer I just can't refuse.problem is the ps5 availability. I'll probably get a ps5 somewhere between Christmas and spring training 2022. so I'll get the Show 21 at reduced fare for the ps5 and practice stadium building while I wait for Show 22 to release

Please excuse me if this has been answered. But can you create a stadium to replace a current team's stadium in franchise mode or even just for play now games?

Nothing has been set in stone aside from being able to use the stadiums we create in franchise and Diamond Dynasty. I can only imagine, at the bare minimum, we'll be able to create (or download from the vault) a stadium, and then change what stadium one of the teams play in in franchise. We'll have to wait for the streams for them to tell us if it'll be one or all stadiums we can replace, or if we'll be able to use them in exhibition mode or RTTS as well.

Looks very promising. I sure hope that moving the fences back actually affect home run totals. So,e other baseball games have home runs coded to be irrelevant of distance. What I mean is, if the game is coded where you lined up all variables (perfect contact, high player ratings, perfect timing, etc) the game would code to say “home run” regardless of distance so if u had a 460 ft center field like some classic stadiums had, it would be a home run regardless of distance.

I imagine the show doesn’t suffer that problem but with the adjustable fences, I sure hope that doesn’t become a thing.

Good thinking. Polo grounds seems to have behaved itself in previous games (not sure about 20 with P/Ps like you said) but I would expect it to be similar in 20. Therefore I’d imagine similar behaviour in custom stadia.

I decided to make my own analysis video about the little we've seen so far. I kind of come from the other side... what we may be limited to in this mode's first year (such as the possibility of no domes). This is only based on what we've seen, so there is any chance in the world that we will be shown much, much more flexibility and customization down the line.
