Whats the deal with Buck missing?

Anyone have any idea why Buck S was the only manager not put in the game? He was signed before the lockout. Just seems odd to me 29 out of 30 are there.

It could be:

1) He will be included in a roster update/patch

2) He and SDS couldn't come to an agreement for use of likeness

He’s been in past games so it seems like a lock he will be added in a patch.

I don't Mr. Showalter making it into this year's game. I recalled Cora wasn't or Kapler during first year as a coach.

I wouldn’t count on him being in this year. Most of the time when a team hires a new manager that wasn’t in the game from the previous season(even if it’s someone who has managed in the past) they don’t make it in until the following season. I don’t believe Dusty Baker was in his first season with the Astros either.

I don’t like those PS2 looking managers/coaches either. Couple workarounds:

1. If you do 30 team roster control, fire him, find a real manager/coach on a team you won’t play and hire him. That way you won’t see a fake.

2. If you just control your team fire him and IF you have a real coach hire him as your manager, then search the available coaches that don’t look like gargoyles to fill that position.

See I was thinking when Country was nice enough to look for me maybe that was the case, But he mentioned only Buck so I am wondering since the Cards new manager is in the game maybe Buck did not agree or something

I do 30 team control. In 21 I hated Rojas so much i fired him and hired Joe Mcewing

There ya go. I replace all the fakes in the NL by pilfering other real coaches from the AL. Hopefully we will see more real coaches. 21 was full of fakes. Will know more tonight and after 9PST download.

It has not been released yet. He is essentially playing an updated tech test, this is not the finished game. They also don't have nike Ua catching gear or updated cleats. Doesn't mean they aren't going to be in the game at midnight when they actually give you what they intend for you to play
