Any improvements to hair? If you have long hair is it sill stiff, or does it move and flow?

I assume the Franchise season schedule is the original version of the schedule and not the revised one?

High Five Animations

Are there any high five animations outside of hitting a home run when runners cross the plate. If this is a next generation console only. I will purchase one just for this feature lol. Been way too long for a basic element in a baseball game.

Running Animations

Are there any new base running animations on base and off base and with runners on base.

Player Lock Before Game Starts

Been able to player lock before the game starts and the ability to play all innings. There is usually a small UI at the bottom of the screen that shows up before the game starts allowing you to select "Full Game Watch"

I got burned $80 dollars last year for a bug that never got fixed for a feature I specifically brought the game for. So I am cautious this time around even though the new commentary looks interesting.

Thanks for anyone who can help! I am currently on PS4 but if new animations are exclusive to next generation systems count me in.

Only played with Thor pitching for Angels and burnes for brewers..little bit of movement at bottom but for most part looks stiff. Pitching from broadcast view.

Can we not play Ohtani as Pitcher and DH in exhibition(play now) mode! in the same game? I can’t seem to figure it out.

Is there a setting in RTTS to turn on Universal DH? I've looked high and low and can't find one. Online I can only find info about DD.

Where's the setting to turn off the ball trail while fielding? I found the one for batting/baserunning, but can't find the fielding one it for the life of me and the ground ball trails are making me want to throw something at my TV. Any help is appreciated.


EDIT: It looks like it is tied to the catch location identifier. If you use Track Ball, you get the ball trail always. Fading ball doesn't have it.

Can you make it stick as a cam? In other words, if you wanted to watch cpu vs cpu from a seat in stands, can you? Or it is just a temporary panning thing and you have to go back to a standard or custom cam?

Can’t use it as a cam. It’s part of the presentation and lasts for about 10 seconds. You can use RS to look around during that time.

So if I buy the MVP edition, I get the PS5 code and the PS4 disk, but do I need to put the PS4 disk in my PS5 system to play the PS5 code?

The fine print on the MVP edition says that the PS5 with a Disk Drive version is required.

Thanks man that's really restrictive. Gran Turismo 7 came with the PS5 disk and the PS4 code...so I was kinda suspicious that the Show has it the other way around.

So even with a PS5 system the PS5 code on the voucher is no good unless I have a PS4 disk of the game. That's just strange.

Edit: Looking at the literature for last year's game, the MVP edition also had a PS4 disk with the PS5 code, but there's no fine print about needing to have the PS4 disk in my PS5 in order to use the code. Guess maybe there was an uproar and some confusion last year so they attempted to clarify with the fine print in 22. Except it's still confusing to me lol.

Does it prompt you to download a ps5 version? I did it with other games but I didn't see it this time and I dont see stadium creator.
