So years back they went ahead and changed every stadium to have their broadcast cam match whatever the local tv network used for each stadium. It was a really cool feature that they still use for all the current MLB stadiums, it was even used for many of the retro/spring training stadiums until about mid cycle in last year's game. Now, if you play a game in the old Miami stadium using broadcast cam you get a really high over the pitcher camera instead of "correct" angle they used to have and this is the case for every single stadium now other then the current MLB stadiums.

So every stadium other then the current MLB stadiums has the exact same angle in broadcast mode.

I reported this last year after a patch caused the issue and the issue is still there in 23. If nothing else, I wish we had an option to pick the camera angle in Sim mode.

Can’t be 100% sure this is a bug, glitch, issue since I haven’t played MLB The Show since MLB The Show15, but I found I’m unable to have multiple position saves in RTTS. I started as a Rockies SS, but quickly realized they need starting pitching. So I made a new character, but got bored pitching and wanted to play SS again. Couldn’t load it without and error saying positions don’t match. Tried creating new save of position and loading into in. No luck it started me over at the beginning. Any thoughts? Is this a current feature.

PS5:

Idk if this has been mentioned before, but I was playing a minor league game (AA) and some of the players had glowing dots on their faces. When the screen would fade to black, the dots remained then faded later.

same here. PS5 - just played a game and did not see the specs.

I take it the music import function was removed for a reason?

I play the game using quick manage and jump into the game when there’s a runner on 2nd base. When I had a runner on 1st and 2nd in the 8th, I jumped into the game and the runners disappeared.

Player lock is scuffed in practice mode.
It doesn’t lock (and you don’t get the player lock cam).

And pretty sure it’s impossible to make a bad throw using pure analog throwing.
No yellows or reds… it’s all green.

So far I've only played a few Exhibition games on PS5. No crashes, but:

• Horrible jaggy white text when on a red background (main Twins background)
• Playing a night game, subbed pitchers to start the ninth. Conditions returned to daylight and all game stats were reset. I had the same stat reset problem once in a while in '22, but not the lighting issue
• Buxton started to first thinking ball four, but strike was called. Had to sit through a long animation that couldn't be bypassed to get the hitting interface back
• Bat sounds are awful except for hard-hit balls, which sound nice
