I was hitting with Ohtani last night and noticed while he was in the batter's box, everything red from his undershirt to his belt would changer colors or flicker right before the pitcher would start his windup. Never happened before the patch for me or at least I never noticed it.

9 games in and every game no wind. I have the slider turned to max. What world event has occurred that has stopped all wind?

I'm not seeing this on PS5. Just about every game is windy for me.

Are you playing with the Rays?
I noticed in MLB20 that when I played with the Rays when I used another park as my home park there was never any wind.

Yes I am. Plus the Reds. PS5 platform. Both teams have no wind.


I may just uninstall - clean things up and try again.


This didn't start until I loaded an updated roster from the vault.

Franchise mode. If the lead off hitter walks, the PA announcer starts announcing the next batter with 'leading off'.

When batting. The cpu pitcher stamina will never turn yellow or red. Always green until the last drop of stamina is gone. If you switch controller over to their side then it is yellow or red and get the tired message.

I'm not sure if this is something the cpu sees as never getting tired or not. BUT they will certainly leave a SP in with no stamina until they give up hits or a run. I've now been manually switching sides to help them yank pitchers now and it sucks. They are giving the user free hits. And usually very hard hit balls for xbh and/or homeruns cause of this.

Photo of me batting and hardly any stamina for cpu. Then pic of me switched sides to the cpu pitching. Now bar is yellow.

Giants are up 1-0 and SP has 90 pitches after 5ip. Get him out of the game please! Hook was at default.

I was just doing a quick sim batter to batter in Franchise mode and the first 2 sim batters of an inning got back to back singles. When I went back into the game as the next user batter, there was nobody on base and 2 outs.

So, I really wasn't sure where was the best thread to post this video, but I'll post it here and if it needs to be moved please do so.

Crazy series of plays here... I'm batting with in top of the 10th with one out and a man on third. What does the cpu decide to do? Back-to-back pitch outs, of course! Guess they were deathly afraid of a squeeze?

Then I serve the 2-0 cookie into left field for a single and Siggy gives me credit for a double in the gap during the replay.

Have been working on creating 30 custom teams to use for franchise. The other day after creating the team everything was fine. Today when creating teams or loading in the already created ones the main logo is the home cap logo.

Reported to MLBTS but has anyone else had this happen and know a fix for it?

This game is so glitchy. Why don't they take a season and instead of coming up with all these new features like the Negro Leagues, which is cool, how bout spend the entire off season taking a release of this game and trying to eliminate most of the egregious glitches?

I turned up CPU hook too. Not working.

It's just always been this way honestly. The stamina bar not turning yellow is just a small bug.

I put hook at 10 for bullpen and accidentally had it there to start my next game. The cpu yanked the SP after 3ip when they were leading 1-0. So the hook definitely works. 5 I think is best for SP for best balance. Just have to deal with them leaving one in until they give up a hit, or a runs if their team is up by 5 or more. 5 run lead seems to always be a trigger. Once it drops below they will pull a RP. But until then they will leave one in forever lol. I am confident these small details will be worked on with Ridin and Tabarnes working for SDS now though.

I saw earlier in a post about the blue circle, which is annoying (bc I like many play) auto fielding in franchise or exhibition and user throwing decisions and the blue circle always shows up once the fielder gets the ball. Have they addressed it since the option to turn off all icons on screen is on? Does SDS come into this thread to verify if these are indeed fixable through and update?

The blue circle is definitely annoying for us clean screen guys. I play with absolutely nothing on the screen. Sometimes I gotta pause it if the home plate ump doesn't say the count periodically.
