in spring training they have the brewers wearing grey jerseys on the road and navy jerseys at home, but it should be the opposite, the brewers wear navy on the road and white jerseys at home for spring training games. also they have the rockies wearing gray pants at home for spring training games but it should be white pants at home.

Thought it might just be a Spring Training thing, but while the Braves have the red-billed caps on the road, they still wear the all-blue helmets on the road.

Thought it might just be a Spring Training thing, but while the Braves have the red-billed caps on the road, they still wear the all-blue helmets on the road.

It’s because the 2025 style guide for the Braves showed their road uniforms with the red-billed home cap. In reality, though, it looks like they got cold feet on making the switch and stuck with the all-navy cap for the road to have distinguished home and road hats

Yup, I was just pointing out it's inconsistent with the road caps and helmets.

If they're constrained by the style guide and can't put the all-blue caps in the game as the default road, then I wish they'd make the road helmets have the red bill for consistency. Although I guess I can just select the home cap for both home and road games to get the red-billed helmet.

They 100% will switch the Braves' road caps back to all-navy—teams don’t always follow the style guide anyway. SDS, I’m assuming, uses the style guide as a baseline for what the unis should look like, then tweaks things based on on-field changes with input from us.

Case in point: before last year when I pointed it out, the Brewers’ gray road set was paired with the all-navy cap (which made sense—they’d been using that combo from 2020 through the end of 2021). But starting in 2022, they began pairing the yellow-panel cap—originally just for the navy alt—with the gray unis too. I guess it was Milwaukee's way of having distinct home and road caps

I noted the Astros 2000 era uniforms (pinstripes, gray, black, red jerseys) there seems to be a line under the #1 on the jerseys. I don’t know if other throwbacks have this too for them, I only checked those.

Would be nice for them to add the non-pinstripe home uniform too with the red hat. One of my favorites.

I agree I loved that uniform. I’d also like to see the home version of the red jersey and black jersey from that era.

Not everyone is wearing purple. The default is black, but its split about half and half.

75% of the team is doing the purple now so it should be purple in the game, IMO. I won’t hold my breath though since the MLB Show developers are too busy updating Diamond Dynasty to give us more than one option or fix what needs fixing.

The style guide shows black though, that’s the points. Will be curious to see if purple stays.

I really liked how the uniforms looked with the purple undershirts, would love an option for this in the game
