The 1975 throwbacks in the game, which are basically the exact same as the new Nike alternate, have solid red socks.

It just looks weird with the entire uniform being 70s, and 2024 socks.

What they *should* do is make all that an option on uniform select.

Correct, in the reveal their cream jersey was worn with a red cap and a black cap. So they need an option like Texas with Home Uniform (Black Cap). I hope as TripleCrown suggested above we get more options on the uni select screen like NBA 2K has.

There’s sort of a work around. You can pick the alternate pants. You’ll get black socks and a black belt that you can pair the black cap with. You’ll still have the red undershirts though.

Yup. The right ones were last used in-game in 19 and have been wrong since. Legitimately have seen these in-game ones used IRL a handful of times, with every other player with high socks using the older ones.

The belt and socks seriously need to be a selectable equipment and not just tied to the pants as a whole. Same goes with the undershirt and sleeves being independent from the jersey

Another look at the Diamondbacks new uniforms, it looks to me that the red on the caps and jersey in The Show 24 has the color a bit off:

After watching the Diamondbacks home opener, the in-game red definitely needs to match last year's color. All off season, I felt like my mind was playing tricks on me; the red appeared to be a different shade in a lot of the PR photos

Grateful to have to correct sock colors with pants, but the incorrect red needs to be mentioned in the top post.
