Really happy to see they fixed Reid Detmers' face! It's been horrible for years. Also glad to Wash got his complexion back. Still need scans for Zach Neto, Nolan Schanuel, and Luis Rengifo though.

And they really need to fix Anthony Rendon's hair situation. Don't even need a new face scan, just give him a full beard and short hair. He hasn't looked the way he does in game since his Nats days.

I read on Twitter that this patch has totally broken the game. Looking at this thread this doesn't seem to be the case. Are there any major issues introduced by this patch that would affect Franchise players?

I think this forum was really slow to react, The Show forums on Reddit has been talking about since early this morning when the patch dropped. From what I can tell it has not effected Franchise. I played some this morning. I think it’s mainly DD and whatever mode has to do with online servers

Your ok. I noticed Winn (SF) now has a face scan after I loaded a saved file from yesterday (he had that generic face before)?

I don’t see one for Winn. I just see a created face that looks much more like him.

This is kind of what I thought but thatnks for the clarification guys. I had meant to turn off auto-updates last night and forgot so when I woke up and read it was broken from so many people I was kinda panicking.

Given it was Twitter, it makes sense its the DD stuff.

To be fair - when I saw it from Mill I did do a double take.

It looks like he got a new face scan, but for some reason the new default and live roster uses a CAP instead

Watching a CPU game while I eat lunch and I think the repetitive crowd chant bug got squashed. It's not happening at the start of a bottom half of an inning every time (or at all) and doesn't drone on for an entire at-bat. You do still hear them sometimes, though.

DD community after a patch : OMG ….can’t hit 12 HR/game with my boosted 125 Power lineup

Franchise community after same patch : oh cool…this player haves longer hair now and this one have his goatee correctly shaved

Thank you for asking this, I was on Twitter and didn't see a answer popping out in clarity.

Someone said "the patch" broke the whole game and that is where stuff could go down a rabbit hole.

That's what I read as well, and then couldn't find any actual information.

Idk about that, last year Brock Stewart had face scan in DD but was never carried over to live roster.

He had a glitch face when I started a franchise game last night. Saved it, woke up this morning, loaded it up and he has a scan. You’re saying it’s not in the new update? Strange.

Ummm guys did todays patch remove all of the All-Star and Legend pitching windups and stretches?

I can't find them anymore on the CAP's I'm working with.


EDIT: Sorry, my b. I don't think they actually were in this years game, as I went back and checked the generic motions thread and no mention of them was made.
