SDS what in the world are you doing with my favorite game??????

These are the only gameplay changes we get for 25?

So same PS3/PS4 graphics which I expected at this point but I expected a lot more upgraded gameplay features and improvements.

What exactly am I getting for my yearly $70 in 25?

Where are the Back of the Box features????????????

Updated or new pitching mechanics.. by far the most lackluster part of the game currently IMO

None of them tickle your fancy bone? What should they do next?? You got 5 choices and none of them are good enough for you…..ok then.

I don't want to speak for the OP, but I think he was referring to most of the pitching animations lacking any "emphasis" so everyone sort of looks like a soft tosser - which is fair but maybe not technically a "gameplay addition"

Ok that would make more sense. Pitching animations definitely need an update and more variety.

I don’t know what system they use, but I’d assume it’s still old school mo-cap. It would be nice if they could use something similar to 2k’s pro play animations when they capture pitching motions and batting stances because you’ll get the real live movement and velocity they use in actual games. Would resolve the issue of slow looking animations.

MLB 17 vibes…..and I loved that menu and the daily recap/matchup screen!!!!!

Where was the daily recap/matchup screen?

Where was the daily recap/matchup screen?

Smack dab on the main menu before they did a reskin to the “phases” look on MLB 18.

They had every game cycling information previewing the starting pitcher matchups and the previous days action with scores and winning/losing pitchers while the radio show was playing.

Loved it.

Wish it would come back. Because now with not even a radio show it is a dry, lifeless experience in the franchise hub.

And yes the ticker is vastly improved….but I also want my franchise to feel alive while I am off the field.

This is what I've been saying too for a while. The look of the pitching animation isn't violent enough, and full speed running looks like a robot. Minor complaints, but they surely can be upgraded someday.

They need too upgrade the parks ! Some are outdated like for example there’s no tv behind homeplate at citi field ! Also they have the wrong brewers logo behind home plate .. I’m pretty sure there’s more that’s missing something ..

I was bummed that they never really expanded the radio show to something better.

Best way to put it - 'alive' This is what they should be aiming for in Franchise mode.
