God damnit, so that means the equipment in the game is the equipment gonna have for a good while.

Really disappointed in the lack of equipment additions/update this year.

Sounds like there’s quite a bit that needs to be worked on. I’m guessing at least a week after release before the first patch drops.

I’d like to at least have NB batting and fielding gloves. Ohtani is arguably the most popular player in the league. It’d be nice if he wasn’t wearing generic equipment.

So you're telling me that everyone else that got this game can (during an exhibition or franchise game) go to settings and camera and edit their custom camera? If that is the case, I downloaded some altered version of mlb the show 25.

Are you in general? Or did you scroll down to “Cameras” which is below Audio/Video?

You can only do the quick camera change in general. You have to go into the actual cameras section under settings to get to the camera preview where you can both select a camera (and preview you) and also make a custom camera where you can select a bunch of options to do so. Hope that helps.

I had the same problem earlier trying to find the soundtrack jukebox. 25's font size is larger than previously so a lot of settings seem ''hidden'' because with that larger font size, only so many lines will show but if you'll keep scrolling down, the bottom end isn't really the end, more options ''hidden''.

What is everyone's opinion of the new infielder reactions? Some videos I've watched makes the slower reactions seem a little extreme, like guys are missing routine plays that even below average fielders could get to. And, I've heard some players say that it gets really frustrating if you don't have a highly rated infielder. This was the one new feature that was concerning me, so I'm interested as to what those that have played the game think.

I use autofielding and the jump reactions are very realistic IMO infield and outfield. The best fielders play like top fielders on down.

Can’t figure how to get into the store/collections in FRANCHISE mode. Can do it outside of franchise tho.

Press the “bar” button on controller to access your profile . There you can access the market, show shop and your collection
