Robin Yount. Need just 10 hits with him and after 15 games against the worst teams on rookie I have only 4 hits. I get 2 a game with my pitchers on this level.

Could be I never gave it much thought but now that you mention it the 4 hits I have I hit pitches thrown just outside

I need 8 more hits with Brock Holt to finally finish the diamond starter mission. The Brandon Guyer mission is frustrating. My last game, I finished with 1 hit, 1 RBI, and got the walk. It sucked, because the first AB, there were runners at 2nd and 3rd, and proceeded to ground out.

On the other hand, I love the Breakout Griffey, but the 4 hits with 1 being a home run in Ranked Games has proven to be just elusive, the past couple of games. I got 3 hits but without the HR in the first game. The next, I got two singles and a home run in the first 3 AB in a slugfest. I proceed to pop up in the last two ABs in the game.

Julio Teheran spotlight mission 6 ip 10k's is frustrating me at the moment. When i play guys with bronze/silver teams he never gets picked and when he finally is I'm facing all diamond/gold squads with scrubs who swing at basically every pitch but get bat on everything regardless of where I'm throwing the ball.

I'm having a difficult time with Guyer. I just can't seem get all of them in the same game. My best chance came when I was destroying the comp and already had the 2rbi and hit by the 3rd inning. I came up 4 more times with Guyer and every time, the comp decided to just throw strikes. I did work it to 2-2 once but then struck out. I know I will get it eventually though.

Jim Edmonds on the other hand, I don't see me every hitting a home run. I have gotten some doubles but I haven't even hit the ball to the warning track. That's not going to be a fun mission. Here's hoping to somehow get an inside the parker.

I was going to say I finally got Rookie Bichette done, but the game refuses to count. A game where I got his, Pillar's, and Teheran's challenges done doesn't count because the server said so

Haha oh man if the Bichette rookie one didn't count after I finally got it, I think that would have broken me.

I was able to do the Guyer and Edmonds missions in back to back games. Both are out of my lineup now haha. It was actually a legit home run with Edmonds too and not the inside the parker I thought I would have to get. My current only player spotlight mission is Griffey Jr. Maybe I will research with ones to buy with my tickets next.

I already dont like this Jackie Robinson one from the event, 4 hits including a double and triple, Im not hitting the ball hard enough with him to get an extra base hit at all.

I thought this too. Then in my 10th game using him, i got bases loded and hit a grand slam.

I cannot do the guyer mission.

What is a reward for Guyer mission anyway? Is it just some XP and stubs? If it's less that 5K stubs, it's a waste of time.
I had him in a lineup while working on Griffey's double/walk mission. Once I did that one, I just dumped them both and never looked back.

Yeah it's nothing special from what I recall. Doing these individual missions for massive gains would be a bad idea.
