One thing the creators should also focus on, is when you are in the postseason, there should be postseason writing on the grass (Ex: NLDS, NLCS, and World Series’09). That would definitely make the game more realistic.

I'd be content with fixing the online play. Make it a bit more interesting, eliminate the lag, and eliminate the silly "must play 10 games to start a league" requirement.

I agree ... lag should be eliminated. It is unacceptable in this gen of gaming.

And there should be separate camera options for both players. If I want to be behind pitcher while pitching then I should.

And leagues, it needs to have way more depth, options, fantasy drafts, etc.

if they were ever able to make online completely customizable for each player playing so that each one could have the game set up to their comfort level I iwould just play so much more than i did this year.

having to use throw meter on defense, no assist fielding, only pitching from the catcher cam etc and i could go on and on but wont... this is just one of the bazillion things that i have listed of things i will be checking off when i buy the game this spring to see what made it in and didnt. whatever didnt or wont make it in will be right back on my wish list for mlb 10.

so for those that are reading this and know my yearly wish list if you dont want to see it again lol, just put in 99.9% of it all in by 2010 and all will be fine and you wont have to hear from me any more... that or just ignore my pm's lol

again gang thanks for making a great game that just gets better and better every year we go out and buy it...

I would like to see people of all ages in the stands, like you see in a real ball-game.

If eye glasses are offered I hope they offer glasses from different time periods.
So when I create guys like Roy McMillan or Dom DiMaggio or Frank Howard their glasses will be a retro fit.

I wish that all the last names of today's players and the legendary players would be added to the Name Database.

Maybe this will be the year that first names and nicknames will make the cut.
I know that nicknames were offered but I would like to see them offered to replace first names.
Most nicknames like Lefty, Mickey, Whitey, Dutch are used to replace the first name.

Speaking of nicknames it would be cool to hear Matt refer to some of the legends like Ty Cobb by their nickname " The Georgia Peach steps up to the plate".

Most of the important things are being addressed and polished so there should be time in the future to add "a little color" nicknames mean a lot to the history of our game...
