hey knight, I knew you checked out the playof atmosphere.

here's my question:

a 7 PM start in august will start with sunlight and with dak skies.....

but a 7 pm start in october will start at night....is this represented in the game...it'd be nice if all 7 pm playoff games started out at night. This is a nitpick I know but it would a lot of atmosphere especially on cold windy night in october with lots of players wearing sleeves and tons of crowd noise....

imagine that....

it'll be extra motivation to finish your season up and make the post season...

Brian is a super guy......really, really nice.
It's not just that he's unbelievably intelligent, but the way he is working it into his AI.....:wink: This game is covered as far as that goes. His ideas and implementation is IMPRESSIVE.

Just a thought. Maybe instead of one huge thread like this. Each of you guys could make a seperate thread that was topic based.

One guy can do franchise questions, another gameplay questions, another sig styles and rosters etc.

Here are my questions

1. Any sig swings
2. is the PCI smaller
3. In what way(s) has the pitcher/batter duel changed

I had a great six pack in my 20's, but as I get close to the big 40 wow! What Happen! Any ways are you going to make rosters for this game or actaully play it this year?

I too had a six pack in my young 20's. It was nice. Then, I started actually drinking lots of six-packs and MY six-pack disappeared. Hell, I'm not even 30 yet! (That happens next year. )

Man that's a good question....in regards to the skies.
One thing......Kolbe has told me that the long sleeves are weather dependent(unless you always have him w/long sleeves I believe) in the night games...so you have your wish on that count!

I do not know the answer though.
That would be cool to lose a guy before the season.

In regards to the long sleeves..
Is there an option that lets you choose if they wear long sleeves in cold/night games? Or will they all wear long sleeves?

An ideal situation would be if they were two separate options in the edit player screen "day sleeves" and "night sleeves" because some players never wear sleeves, some wear half sleeves during day and long during night/cold games, some always wear long, etc., etc.

Basically what I'm trying to ask is if there is an option to choose if a player will wear long sleeves at night/cold games or will everyone automatically wear them?

That option is not there...but I was also told that certain players will never wear long sleeves(I didn't ask who) so it's not automatic that everyone will wear it.

Thats okay. It's probably better to leave some things for self-discovery upon release.

Huge thanks to you Knight, as well as Jim & Nemesis for sharing this wealth of information. Pared hasn't come through yet, but maybe he'll redeem himself to the OS community at a later date.

Do stadiums have tarp in them this year? Thats basically what I'm asking.
